The cashier over the intercom outside was being unservicing. When I pulled up no one ever said anything and when I asked was anyone there he said order even I’m ready. I told him I didn’t know anyone was there then I was rushed to order. Then when I tried to order he told me one moment. I drove off. I refuse for bad service today.

You won’t ever find me complaining abt a food industry , especially this one. I’m a regular customer , and I come in so much that most of the time I don’t even have to tell them my order , they’ll see my face and start making my order. I went in on 04/08 and ordered just a smoothie. I was the first customer in and waited 30 minutes… for a smoothie , meanwhile 5 other people got their order before mine. Morning staff needs work

Service was terrible a Girl name Jabilyn took my order! Rushed me thru the order & forgot a couple of things that I ordered. An I’m not even mad she may have missed something on my order her attitude was definitely unpleasant. Last couple of times me & my wife have been there the Customer Service has been awful.

10 /6/23Ordered a Bliley Limey added 2 whey protien and peanut butter asked cashier to catch the excess , she said ok . When the person made it she was about to dump out the excess and I reiterated catch the excess , she said we dont do that any more . I had $3 of excess added to a $7 smoothie that 1/2 was thrown down the drain if there was a price of the cup they should have said there will be a charge for an extra cup and I'd be fine with that . No they there 1/2 of the extra I paid for out ! Dont worry about me coming back !Thanks for THROWING out another customer !Corbit Belflower10/9/23So today a generic review because you didn't get 5 stars ...... that says alot . I went to pick up my online order clearly stating on the receipt “no strawberries sub orange juice” just as I had ordered it, but when I looked at the smoothie, you could clearly tell since there was a pink tint to the drink and strawberry seeds that they had put them in there anyways. I asked the girl if there was in fact strawberries in my drink and she stated “no, there’s orange juice”, without even looking at my drink even thought I pointed at it to show her. She just walked away from me after this so I just left since I did not want to deal with her being rude for a 2nd time. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Food and drinks were ok. We got a smoked grill cheese and a Baja chicken wrap with kale apple slaw and a mango magic and a mocha madness smoothies. The smoked grill cheese was ok but super messy and falling apart, the wrap was ok but the kale apple slaw hit the spot super yummy and refreshing. The smoothies were a bit watery, the mango magic smoothie was ok but the mocha madness was super watery and too sweet.
The smoothies and food are absolutely amazing, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order food they get my order wrong. Every. Single. Time.

I've done in here multiple times in the past year hoping that the rotten smell in this place may have just been from a poor cleaning job that day. But everytime I walk in here, it smells horrid like something is decaying. I don't know what is causing it but it's so bad that I'm concerned about ever getting food from here. I'm glad they opened a new location in town because this one needs an inspection to figure out what the smell is coming from. I finally had to walk out and not order anything this time because it was so overwhelming and has gotten worse.

I ordered the hummus avocado wrap and it was amazing, I'm off meat for a month so it was perfect. Hot and very tasty. The staff was friendly and mt wait wasn't long at all.
