Fraudulent pricing. They are charging more than the price on their sign! $8.69 Thai salad and when I rolled up to the window I was told $10.40, or something close. If sales taxes on $8.69 at $.08 the price should be $9.39. The clerk said, they had raised their prices. She asked if I still wanted the salad at the higher price and I told her no. She in essence said goodbye and sent me on my way as she closed her window. They did overcharge me on other orders where they asked for an amount that was higher that the stated price. Buyer beware!

Todays experience was WAAAY better than the last few!!! The staff there was easy going and accommodating. I ordered several FLATBREADS WELL DONE and they came out PERFECTLY ON THE OUTSIDE....SUBLIME!!!!! Just the way we prefer them each and every time!! Finally! HOWEVER....I WOULD HAVE VERY MUCH LIKED TO GET THE EXTRA TOMATO IN THEM SINCE I DID PAY FOR IT...BOY WERENT THEY DRY!!! Hence the 3 stars for food.

I had high hopes for this new location but I was let down when they forgot about my food order. I waited over 20 minutes while watching everyone standing around talking and joking around with each other. They had forgotten about my order. The food is good now that I've gotten it but still, no one should have to wait over 20 minutes for their food with no wait in the restaurant.

There is no service or acknowledgement of a customer waiting, no recognition! 3 employees having a very active conversation. There was one costumer in the " cafe" who had received his order. Once the cashier finished her conversation then we place our order. 3 minutes later we were walking out the "cafe". Don't go stay home, save your money. Of "NO TIP", Pics to follow !!!!!!

I've been to this location 5 times with the last year and a half, and every single time they have messed up my order. Once my smoothie tasted sour like the fruit had gone bad, and every time our food has tasted off or like it went bad. This time they didn't even give me a smoothie even remotely similar to the one I ordered and forgot that I even ordered it, and when I asked about the smoothie I ordered the cashier rolled her eyes and sighed.

The workers there most definitely do not take their job seriously, my husband and I sat at the windown waiting on our smoothies for 20 minutes and when we got them they were so watered down and nasty . We were watching the girls in the window just laugh and not do any work , i wish I would’ve have seen their names but i know one was a “ wannabe boy “. So pitiful and I will not be going back to this location ??♀️it is unacceptable that they are like this everytime . I say fire the whole staff and get a new one . This employee went out of her way to find my facebook . Its giving weird

Y'all need to either retrain your staff at this location or fire them and hire new people.They have no sense of urgency when making orders, attending to customers and are seen laughing and conversing when customers are waiting to be attended to.Otherwise, the food is amazing.

I wish I could’ve caught his name but he gave 5/5 service even with us coming very late.Vegetarian options: Smoothies!! I was initially excited about this store coming to the north side of town. I routinely stop by here 3-4 times per weeks and without fail they consistently drag butt in there and it takes entirely too long for them to make smoothies. There is no sense of urgency with the staff. Everyone is laughing it up and making jokes instead of working hard to get orders out. I understand the demand is high and a lot of orders are coming in but if management can’t get their staff to work quicker than I won’t be coming back any more. Not worth my time.
