Wendy’s at 5 points here in Valdosta served my daughter a still raw hamburger! The manager on duty told me it was because of “ their stove sometimes messes up” do they think I am stupid!They offered me my money back. What an insult. Nope, Wendy’s you earned that 51 dollars.What she should have said, what would have been an acceptable response when I called to make them aware of what happened would have been. Sir I apologize for her being served undercook food Is your daughter ok? Please let us know immediately if she becomes ill in anyway. Is there anything I can do to make this up to you or your daughter?Nope she blamed the stove.I worked as a retail manager for a Fortune 500 company. I handle many complaints. Never did I blame the equipment. Never did I NOT take ownership of the issue. Some of my best and loyalist customers started off as a complaint. After seeing how I handled the situation they knew they could put their trust in me, my team and my store.Wendy’s team blamed the stove. I guess by that logic my pencil makes spelling errors. My car speeds, and my refrigerator makes me fat. I should blame the dirt for messing up my floor.

I bought a frosty key chain so that I can grab a Jr frosty when my sugar is low. I went into the Wendy's on Ashley Street in Valdosta, GA. The cashier refused to serve me unless I made a purchase. That's not how it works. The key chain is the purchase. The key chain literally says one free Jr frosty but she still argued with me that I needed to make a purchase or leave. Normally, I only eat the frosty and nothing else due to always getting sick. Now I will not be doing that much here. She and the other employees were down right rude and even disrespectful with their comments that "I'm just begging". Needless to say, my family will not be back.

This Wendy’s never has it together. Anytime I order from here they are out of stuff such as the frosty mix or there frosty machine is “down”. Won’t be coming to this location anymore. Just get disappointed everytime and it’s a waste of time.

I will never use Wendy's drive thru again! I'm not taking that risk. You better check your order or else you'll be disappointed when you get home. I ordered an apple pecan salad. The salad dressing was left out and the mixed greens were not fresh. Some were wilted and some were just old. I called the manager and explained the situation. She said I should come back and they would make a fresh salad for me whenever I wanted to. I told her I would be by the next day. I asked if she would be there and she said yes. I returned the next day and I was told she was off that day. I hate being lied to. That salad cost me almost $10 and a waste of my time and gas. I guess that manager cared more about making money rather having a satisfied customer. I'm done with Wendy's!Parking: Nothing to complain about.

Since when do they not offer a variety of salad dressings? And $9 for a salad?? Smh. Customer service was seriously lacking all around...Vegetarian options: Very little. Basically only choices are baked potato or salad. And they don't charge less for removing meat from a salad...
