I’m just gonna stop eating fast food. Found a roach in my food yesterday night at Zacadoo’s off on Baytree. THANK GOD I CHECKED MY FOOD BEFORE EATING!!! I went right back over there to get a refund and she at first refusing to do the refund and saying how she didn’t know how the roach got in my food, my husband had to get out of character in order for her to get the food back and my refund. Best believe I called the health department this morning. OHHH AND THE ROACH WAS STILL ALIVE.

Normally I go to this location during the day, and it’s usually really good. However, tonight I went and it was the complete opposite. Our French fries were so cold and literally tasted like they were seasoned with chicken ramen noodle packets, definitely not a pleasant experience!! The mac and cheese was just GROSS.

I try not to eat out much, but decided to treat my wife and I. My wife and I loved the cheddar bites. I also got the new chicken sandwich. It was about 11am when we went to the Baytree location, and only a min or two when we tasted our food. My sandwich was warm but dry with no mayo as shown on the picture and my cheddar bite was cold and very dried out. Man, when will I learn. Check your food before you drive off. I through both item away. But the general manager was nice when he handed me my food.

Love their burgers, fries, chicken teriyaki bowl, chicken nuggets, breakfast in a cup, chocolate, chip cookies, apple pies and the new brownies are delicious! Let’s not forget that yummy Zacadoo sauce! Always a speedy drive thru experience and the food is always delicious!

Customer service is great but they make the worst salads!! Like they just throw everything in there clumps of cheese strips of bacon clumps of egg! Just terrible. Their salads need to be revamped in a new presentation! For 8.79 for a supposedly Fresh Cobb salad it was disgusting. They should really do better. Just horrible ? very disappointing I will never go there again.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR FOOD THATS YOUR FAULT APPARENTLY. At this point I'm fed up I called for 2 days about a remake I had the receipt for and told them what problem I had that I was missing 18 nuggets but the current manager on staff around 4 basically told me no when I spoke with 2 managers prior telling them my experience for them to tell me to pull back up with the receipt and they will remake my order. The 4pm manager basically had me wasting my gas twice I pulled up the 1st time for her to tell me she's writing my name down and leaving it for the manager to call me the next day, the manager did not call me the next day so I called again and asked hey I just want my nuggets I spoke to a Ms. Hopkins and she told me to come back SHE KNEW OF THE ORDER. I go back and ask them hey I was told I can come back for my remake FOR THE SAME MANAGER TO LOOK ME IN MY EYES AND SAY NO WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT ON THE BIG BIG BOSS. I am fed up and no longer going to this establishment. If you have an issue with your order that's your fault apparently even with receipt. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR FOOD, THEY DO NOT CARE. honestly I don't care the nuggets was 11$ I would have gone back if I didn't already have stuff going on at home. This is ridiculous and I'm not longer telling my friends about zacadoos.
