Usually my husband and I get the breakfast bowl and it really good. But we decided to go for lunch today and the fries were old and not hot. Also the hamburger was not hot and ordered it without lettuce, mayo but the order was completely wrong. Very disappointed.

So this morning I watched in disgust as this poor lady was handed her food by the cashier it accidentally fell on the floor, instead of replacing the order, they refused and proceeded to tell her they are independent now so she can't even complain to corporate. This is terrible customer service, with this economy you should be grateful to have people buy your overpriced mediocre food. I will not go back
The staff was all very nice, and the chicken tenders were very tasty as they always are.Avoid the mac and cheese!! It was the worst I've ever had, and I've had a lot of mac and cheese in my life ? (imagine that instead of a sauce made of milk and cheese, you poured orange-colored oil over macaroni noodles with no seasoning)

Today a little after 9 am, I arrived on my bycycle as I do almost every Saturday for breakfast. I was taking a picture of my bycycle with the restaurant in the background. A young employee who was smoking by the dumpster and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance approached me in the parking lot. He said I needed to stop taking pictures and proceeded to give me the middle finger twice. As if that wasn't bad enough he then called me the F word. I went inside and complained to the manager. She said she would speak to him. I've been a loyal customer, but I sure won't eat there again. I couldn't not recommend this establishment strong enough.

Purchased a breakfast cup this morning & I must say this is the worst zacadoos I’ve ever been too. Grits were mushy, sausage wasn’t cut up properly, food just didn’t taste right at all. I won’t ever go to this Zacadoos
