Decided to stop by and try the new iced coffee. I got caramel, it taste good and not to sweet. Sadly it’s mainly ice. If I had to guess it was no more than 4oz of actual liquid, definitely not worth the $3.55

It's been a long time since I've had fast food this good. The burger and fries I got were quite good. The line seemed long, but didn't take that much time to get through. The giant cookie was huge and very good. I don't make it to Valdosta very often, but when I do I'll certainly be stopping here again.Parking: There is no parking lot, but the businesses on either side have plenty.
Ordered a chicken tender salad and received nuggets (cheaper option) on top. Tenders were available since I received with another meal we ordered. I don't appreciate the switch out--- just be up front.

This location used to be nice to go to. Gave me an old biscuit instead of Texas toast, sauce cups coke half filled now, food was cold after a 5 minute drive back to the office….go to a different location if you can. I frequent this one because of convenience, but service has gone down hill in the last 6 months.

Always get great food at a phenomenonal price. There is a reason why there is usually a line wrapping around the buildings and out to the street!
The lady that was working at the window on the night of 10-29-23 should have a job anywhere that doesn’t involve customer service. Worst customer service ever. She didn’t say a word at the window. Was laughing with all the people sitting around inside and then just shoves the food out the window. Not one word at all. Terrible service.

Attention owners ...July 19 2023 very slow no one in line here. Ordered at 6:34pm had to pull up. The person behind us got out really fast they said they where making the burgers it's already been over 10min. It's 6:47pm now still waiting on our food.michel was the one took the order. We just got our food 6:50pm wow that was a long time for Zackadoos.October 28 2022 7:30am fast friendly service and good food..

Rating the burger only, it’s garbage. Don’t buy one. I took one bite and threw it away. Waste of money. Please don’t sell hamburgers if they’re gonna taste like garbage. Chicken strips and Zac sauce are great.

I usually eat here every morning for breakfast and never really have an issue. Today around 10:10, my husband and I stopped there to grab breakfast. He order a large Cheddar rounds, large sweet tea, a BLT(asked for mayo) and a med coke. His Cheddar rounds, I wouldn't even call them a small or regular order. There was only about 10 in the bag. No mayo and had to ask for a Coke at the window. Poor service this morning. I do have a picture of just how small the order of cheddar round were and the reciept
