They advertise the Zensation salad and then tell us they quit serving it Sunday. We were there on Tuesday. There was a sign outside about the Zensation salad being back, also a sign in front of the cash register. We didn't order anything, we left.

It’s been twice already that I have done a pickup order on the app & when I arrive at the time stated that my food would be ready they tell me to pull up to the side because it’s not ready yet. The first time that happened we pulled up to the side like they asked & waited 20 minutes, when we went inside to ask what was going on they had not even started on the order. Now for this new order it’s been over 15 minutes since it was supposed to be ready and nothing.. what’s the point of ordering ahead? The order didn’t have sodas & the girl still asked if we ordered sodas.. are they not paying attention? I don’t usually leave reviews & when I do it’s always good ones because I don’t like complaining but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Took 30 minutes to get my food they gave me a strip thinner than my pinkie when I did eventually get my food. Staff member just seem to stare and wait for you to do something before even taking any action.

Didn't get a full piece of chicken in my chicken sandwich. Only had a half piece of chicken on my bun. The fries were hot but I didn't get many in the box they gave me. My mom got the Zax snack and got more chicken and fries then I did. I normally enjoy eating in Valdosta when I go to doctor appointments. I was very disappointed this time. I will stick to eating at the one in Thomasville Georgia.Kid-friendliness: Was nice and clean place to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and easy access in the place.

I've been eating here regularly, over the last 20 years. At least ince a month. The service is no where near what it use to be.
Horrible experience lack of customer service is unacceptable horrible and rude. When placing an online order you expect order to be ready at the time agreed yet it wasn’t ready had to wait extra ten minutes plus had to come back only to have a young girl want to argue with me about sauces that were never in my bag. Horrible customer service those young kids need to learn respect and need to be trained efficiently. Horrible rude staff.
This was the worse zensation salad that I have ever eaten, I don't know what type of meat was on this salad and I don't know why I was given southwest ranch dressing. I could not finish this salad what a waste. I don't know what is going on with this Zaxby's on St. Augustine Road, service and food are terrible.
