The layout for the establishment is terrible, cars cannot get in line and then even worse they can't get out because it's a single file one way around the restaurant with closed in parking. You have to wait in line to order and get food and then re-enter that exact same line now at the end of the line to wait and go around again to get out. Seriously?

Zaxbys used to be the go to spot but they've gotten progressively worse. We have waited about 20min or so for our food each of the last few times we've been. I know they are not a fast food spot but 20mins is a little long for a Wings and Things and Grilled House salad.

Long Line waiting. Flat ridiculous Drive thru needs to step it up my daughter stop to pick up dinner got in line at 5:00pm and had to wait almost a hour to get three orders. I understand it gets busy on the weekends but waiting that long is ridiculous.

This was the first time there and the last time we will go there. We went there and not even a simple, hello from Jasmine. No smile, no, thank you, and it was like we were putting her out. Not to mention the place was a mess. Absolutely terrible!! I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The worst ran restaurant in Valdosta…. I would eat at pet smart before I come here again no supervisor present…. The guy making the carry out orders is getting killed and there is no one helping him employees are sweeping it shows they don’t care about the customer… shut it down…. Then say send out a generic response trying to fix something I’m here different day same stuff… there is no fixing it close the damn store all good reviews here has to be false this a terrible ran establishment

Me and my sister had their signature salad and a salad was really good and I took half mine home cuz it was so much and everybody was great the service was great to go check it out you won't be
there is no reason i should be in a drive through line for over an hour & sitting at the speaker box for 30 min waiting to order when there isn’t even anyone at the window!! this zaxbys is a joke! & all of the employees obviously need to be retrained.

Service has gone down terribly. The establishment is not very well taken care of, most tables are dirty. The men's restroom does not have a door for the stall. The soda machine had flat sodas in front and the back as well when i asked for them to fill it up.
