The food is delicious ? but there are a few problems that has impacted our overall experience. Specifically regarding to-go orders 1st being that there is a minimum of an hour wait no matter what you order (this has been their standard for a very long time now without improvements) and 2nd when I spoke with someone at the restaurant they confirmed the portion sizes are intentionally larger when dining-in in comparison to the to-go orders at the same price. When we asked for the same portion size on our to-go order they asked us to pay extra which is a complete joke.The reply from the owner unfortunately contradicts what was told to us and our actual experience. The person we spoke with stated “the cooks gives larger portions sizes on purpose to provide a better experience” as if their to-go patrons are an afterthought which is odd considering they “get a lot of to-go orders”Hopefully there are changes to come ?

I’m so disappointed! I come to this location often for carry out and dine in. I’ve noticed that the restaurant has gotten skimpy with the scallops. I also dined in yesterday and ordered 3 filets. The chef prepared 1 filet and two steaks. The waiter said he didn’t hear me although two people in the party repeated this fact. It was frustrating to be served something I didn’t want or order. The steak was tough which is why I wanted the filets. The server and the chef did nothing to remedy the situation. This place is pretty pricey (as hibachi usually is) but the service and quality is quickly diminishing

Let me make this PERFECTLY CLEAR! I have been to this restaurant NUMEROUS times even had my son birthday there at one point. The “supposedly new waitress” who goes by the name LACY CLEARLY had a hearing issue or just wanted to be rude and obnoxiously LOUD to the point she was yelling at me. I ordered a sweet tea and a geisha girl for my drinks. The drinks came to the table the tea wasn’t tasty (tasted like it was from the bottom of the container) I told Lacy I would like to get another drink. She responded with “WHAT” I repeated I don’t want this drink can I get a Coke, Lacy In a raised voice “Well what’s wrong with it”. While serving the family to the left of me sweet tea. I responded it has a bad taste…. She tells the mother of the other family well let me know if you like your tea since she doesn’t like hers. I smirk she then waits and said well the one you had did come from the bottom y’all had a fresh batch. Now rightfully I should have ended my dinner date and leave but I just didn’t communicate with her i allowed the others in my party finish ordering. Fast forward THE COOK WAS AWESOME food was seasoned well and he interacted well with the group. Now hear this he was “nervous, skeptical” on the table because he heard the disagreement prior because he was the cook for the other table. But he was like well glad I didn’t decide on sending someone else y’all were a great group. But he also noticed how obnoxious and rude LACY WAS. This google review has been written to tell you Or whoever is reading JUST KNOW LACY isn’t hard of hear she is and was just rude.Because the next table directly in front of the table i was sitting she leaned in to hear and get the order didn’t raise her voice NOT ONE TIME !!! so it was definitely purposeful.Yes i spoke to who I was told was the manager she was very nice and heard me out Will LACY be retrained who knows but I WON’T have her as my waitress EVER AGAIN.MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH LACY!!!!The COOK awesome food was seasoned and served well and I WILL REQUEST HIM AGAIN.BUT LACY you need to know you COST THE RESTAURANT THIS REVIEW.

I love this place. We have come here three times for birthdays and it has always been amazing. The two times with the grill in front has always been wonderful with the food always coming out great and the chef always being funny and a great person. The one time we went for regular dine in was just as great with the food tasting the same with its great quality and the staff so nice. Definitely a go to spot.

Came here for sushi the other night. Walked in and was told no sushi. HUGE bummer. We decided to stay and get hibachi. We opted to sit at a table and order through the kitchen. Big mistake. The soup that came with our meal was barely warm. BARELY. It took forever to get our meal. Once it arrived we were so ready for a nice hot meal. It was not hot. Barely warm again as if it had been left in the window. My shrimp were way over cooked. My mother in laws chicken and steak were just ok. Chicken was cooked nicely but lacked seasonings. The steak was ordered medium and came out well done, and under seasoned. Everything needed seasoning except the rice. It was way overpriced for the quality. We used to love this place, but good grief it's gone down hill. Probably won't be back anymore. ?

The hibachi is always good, service typically good and fun around the fire, however the carpet is dirty and oily and greasy panels around the hibachi. The restrooms are not well kept either. So this leaves me with wondering how clean are the servers, cooks etc oh well.. I hope so.
