The service was good. The food was not. It was very plain, tasteless, and the quality was like going to some random persons home because you was invited for dinner and you ate there because you didn't want to seem rude.Three dishes were at our table and all three were not Great or even really good. It wasn't worth the prices at all.I won't be returning as this is my 3rd attempt to try and eat here with the same results. The fries were limp, green beans were mushy. We also got French onion soup that was disgusting as it was a bowl of thick mush, not at all a soup. We had not been to Applebee's for many years and will not return.

Love the new look, and the new staff is awesome. Well, that was my review a couple of years ago. Went in yesterday, and it was not so good. Jaleah was the server/bartender, and she was NOT very friendly. From beginning to the time we left. I asked her if the 2 drinks that were on the menu were the only drink specials they had, and she nodded her head to answer my question. After eating since of my food, I bit onto the chicken quesdilla, and it was salty. I asked her if they had changed their recipe. She said it must've been the person that seasoned the chicken that morning but no option to see if I wanted anything else, just nothing. The service was awful. I definitely will NOT be going back there.

All I can say is DO NOT go on a Sunday night! My wife and I went out for a date night last night (2/18/24) and we were both excited about it because this doesn't happen unless it's our anniversary. So, we get there and walk in and there's no line and we're thinking this is perfect timing, the only tables/booths that are filled are around the bar area, so we both think that we'll get seated quickly and get our order in so forth! We stood there for 10 min and never saw a hostess to greet us much less tell us there was a wait or how long so on and so on, not to mention the various staff members (waiters) we saw standing at the back of the bar not doing anything, even as far as greeting us and even acknowledging the fact we were even there! In frustration we walked out and sat in the car for a minuteor so and finally decided to go back in and give it another go, only because another couple had walked in there! But upon our re-entry that same couple was walking back out and the gentleman relayed to me that there was a 40 min wait because they only had 2 servers and the bar was not open and there was literally no one in the lobby waiting for a table! So, my wife and decided to go to Olive Garden on Watson blvd., where we immediately greeted and promptly seated and I tell you what our waitress was the absolute best waitress I've experienced! Not to mention the manager stopped more than once to check on us and make sure everything was OK! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm not one to do reviews but after that experience, and I really had my heart set on Applebee's, I already knew what I wanted (bourbon street steak and a blondie brownie afterwards), I had to let you know that I was really let down!

I'm only giving one star because it won't let leave zero. I used to work at Applebee's years ago and it definitely isn't the same as it used to be. It went downhill. All me and my table had was apps and 1 dessert. We wanted happy hour drinks, but how slow and inattentive our server was, we didn't. She had no sense of urgency, and it took way too long for her just to bring simple things like straws and spoons, we had to ask other servers. Never coming back. Oh and when we got our tickets, we saw food was comped but no manager even came to us.

Waited 20 mins for someone to come to the table, ordered drinks waited 20 mins for the bartender to make them and he never did canceling the drinks asked for the check she brought that in 3 mins…….. never go!!!!

There was hair in the food. Also, we will ordered medium rare steaks and got burnt well done steaks the french fries and chicken fingers were cold and it was awful. I do not recommend this store for anyone if you want good food.
