IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. MY HUSBAND RETURNED HIS EXTREMELY OLD FOOD A COUPLE MONTHS AGO, MANAGER DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE PROBLEM, I DIDN'T LEARN. Went recently and waited almost 10 minutes for chicken to be "cooked fresh" and get home to burnt, brown, tough, stringy, dry chicken sandwiches. Obviously OLD CHICKEN THAT WAS RE-COOKED! Didn't bother calling because everyone is in on the poor service, I presume. I didn't even think about getting a pic, just can't believe I was served this from a trusted employee! Just imagine a dark brown,burnt hockey puck on a bun.JUST DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE OR TWO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! DON'T CHANCE THE OLD FOOD.

I stopped by today around 2 pm. I was the only person in line at the time. I ordered two Buffalo Chicken Sliders with light peppercorn sauce and a peach lemonade. Simple and easy. The lemonade was good. However, the slider came with some challenges. Although they were hot, the light sauce was nowhere to be found. I had to wipe sauce off of the first one. It was the only one that was edible. The second one was hot, old, burnt, extremely small, and a waste of product. I had no problem waiting for a slider that I could eat. Pulling the wrapper off also pulled off pieces of the bread. Very aggravated at the lack of care. This was the first chance I had at eating, and being pregnant and hungry was not a good combination. The young man at the window cared more about the conversation he was having and just handed me my change without the receipt. Before I could ask, he had already closed the window and was talking away. Not that he stopped talking except to tell me my change. I wish I had the time to come back and fix the problem.

PICKING UP AN ORDER FOR UBER EATS. THERE WERE ONLY 2 PEOPLE ON THE CLOCK YET THEY WERE STILL SLOW AS ALL HELLLL. WAS NOT GREETED OR ACKNOWLEDGE AND I WAITED DAMN NEAR 6 MINUTES TO PICK UP THIS ORDER. I SEE WHY THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS EMPTY AND THE RESTAURANT SMELLS LIKE OLD CIGARETTES AND URINE. SERIOUSLY HOW TF ARE YOU THIS SLOW AND THERE ARE NEVER ANY CUSTOMERS?! I WILL NOT BE PICKING UP ANYMORE HERE

It's the Arby's of our town straight West of RAFB. Lunch in and out. Nice lunch date spot for 24 years. Now retired it is a great place to catch a bite after the gym date.Vegetarian options: They work with me on the gultin free vegetarian meals at no extra costDietary restrictions: Arby's does a fine job with communication. Gluten free, vegetarian meals are hard to get. Arby's does a good job with my needs.Parking: Plenty of parking, know the direction you need to go. The parking lot has two exits.West and South.Kid-friendliness: I have brought 2 generations here in 24 years.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessibility.
All Arby's we have been to have consistently degraded in quality over time. Sandwiches don't taste fresh, fries are usually tepid in temperature (at best), and portions are smaller. This needs to be addressed if Arby's expects to keep customers coming in.
