Man where do I start! Great service it took a minute for our order to be taken but we were acknowledged and not rushed when looking and placing our order! Everything was delicious my wife and our daughter enjoyed our selves! The Biscuit was amazing as well and the chicken and the sides!! Them Cajun beans are sweet add some hot sauce and that dirty rice is sooo good!! Would recommend and come here again when visiting family. I would change the carpet it look old ? but everything else 10000% great

So disgusted with my experience at this location today! While placing my order with the MANAGER she picked a scab from her chin. I was so shocked and unsure of what I'd just seen it took a second to register in my mind. So I do a double take and she flicks the scab on the floor by the register. ?At this point I'm thinking surely she's going to wash/sanitize or SOMETHING her hands!!! Nope! She proceeds to turn around and starts MAKING OUR FOOD. She grabbed the paper and placed it in my wife's box ?All of this happened within like 20/30 seconds. I immediately asked for a refund!Do you think the MANAGER ever asked why ma'am? Is something wrong with the food? Etc....No!!! She rolled her eyes, told the other girl not to make the rice bowl we ordered, and processed the refund.This is where the hell we are with customer service now. I'm just so disgusted and beside myself!!!! ???
Staff was fantastic! Food was so so. Chicken was dry like been sitting out for awhile. I would give another try.

I use doordash to get my food and ALOT of the time i get wrong order and because ive reported this so much it wont give my money back! So thanks for the steak biscut when i ordered chicken and thanks for forgetting my daughters drink..

This Bojangles is a prime example of why fast food employees do not deserve higher wages. You won't higher wages but you give service that's deplorable, and you're rude at every step. I write good reviews and bad reviews but they're all honest. This truly is one of the worst service experiences I've ever had out of all my hundreds of reviews. The girl in this drive-thru window care nothing about the customers all she was there for is her paycheck she was the most unfriendly fast food employee I've ever met. How are you on your cell phone and get nasty with the customer when they tell you that you left have to order out of the bag and then you holler out loudly I'm so tired of these customers.
