Worst place to go I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone after the HORRIBLE SERVICE I EXPERIENCED. It's a shame the way these people act in this place of business I ordered a 3pc mixed breast leg and thigh Mac and cheese and green beans the chicken wasn't done the biscuit was hard the Mac and cheese was nasty tasted old and the tea was sour asking the management staff to replace my food was a mistake it was said I JUAT WANTED A FREE MEAL when clearly they saw the chicken was still raw in the middle this place is always going to get complaints until THEY GET A WHOLE NEW STAFF I can honestly say they have lost a customer and I know it doesn't matter to them which is a shame

SO MUCH BETTER THAN POPYE'S, due to the "CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE"!!! Because they are their attitude displays appreciation for the customer choosing THEIR Chicken restaurant.*In times like these, with such a tight economy, customers are on limited incomes. When the customer actually goes to a restaurant, it's a BIG DEAL for the Consumer & their ? Families!! The last thing they want is to receive rudeness from the employees. Always remember that people may not remember what you say, but they remember how you made them feel. In the restaurant business, that feeling WILL make the difference in whether or not they come back to your place or NOT

Decided to enjoy dinner at this location with my wife. Having to wait 25 minutes waiting for our dinner to come out in drive thru. I decided to get out and go in to find out what the wait was. Had to wait additional 10 plus, minutes because biscuits were not ready. While waiting 8 vehicles behind us got there orders. I never got the biscuits plus order as missing items. Management didn't take the time to make sure the situation was corrected. This 7pm crew needs to all be replaced or retrained up for customer service skills

First and last time at this location. Orded breakfast, 2 combos. Simple as can be, regular menu items. Got my drinks (sweet tea) super watered down. The food I got was totally wrong. I got 3 biscuits total. That was it. 2 of them were the same and was one of the ones I ordered, the other one wasn't even something they offer on the menu. The Bo tatos were missing entirely. I understand mistakes happen, but to get something that's not even offered is a bit strange.
