I entered the restaurant for the first time since my last visit through the drive-thru. I anticipated good service based on my previous experience, but unfortunately, they repeatedly informed me that they couldn't accommodate certain requests and wouldn't accept coupons, despite it being a new Captain D's coupon. While the food was decent, the service could definitely use improvement. The owner is who I was talking to was rude about everything. Also got my order wrong which resulted in my food already made being received cold.

For the the price I paid for this meal for 2...I can make this at home for a family of four (+) and it'll be seasoned 100X better. To be honest the only thing that tasted Mexican was the burrito wrap. To be fair the food was ok but not Mexican. The staff was friendly.

Food was hot and delicious. The okra were great. I could have eaten them alone as my entree. Definitely worth the visit. Fast and efficient service. The beautiful young lady at the window with the twists/locs (around noon on 2/1024) working the drive thru was very nice and gave A1 customer service.Parking: Ample parking

Go to any other Captain Ds but this one! They got my order wrong didn't offer to replace it properly and tried to give me $12.99 when I spent $45. Park the assistant manager is so rude and Victor the owner sits in the back and allows him to treat the customers horribly. I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. If I could play the audio from the phone conversations on here I would, just horrendous!!!! Stay away from this place! There are other Captain Ds in Warner robins that are way better.

The employees are rude … the owner of the company name Victor allows his workers to treat customers any kind of way while he standing there looking …. They steal money by not making the customers orders correctly and don’t do any refunds.
