Completely disappointed with this store. We waited in drive thru line for 12 minutes the cars in the lane to our right moved forward 4 cars to our 1 car in our lane. When we made it to the young lady that was taking orders, 1029, she takes our breakfast order and then proceeds to tell us she needs to go check to see if we can order breakfast. I am not sure if this is a personnel problem but management is responsible. This young lady’s customer service is not what I am accustomed to experiencing from chick-fil-a anywhere. This store has officially lost my business. I am honestly shocked. Never received this treatment or service from chick-fil-a.
Came to about 8 and received cold fries. I asked for hot fries she was happy to provide me with fresh fries. But sadly I received another large container of pre warmed soggy fries. The staff is always friendly but the food tonight was horrible.
In this world today, it is hard to find service with a smile but NOT here at Chick-fil-A. They are so accommodating and polite. When they say "my pleasure", it is believable. Having wonderful service and great tasting food just makes for a good day. So, everybody go have a good day with Chick-fil-A!
