Poor experience. The lady doesnt wear gloves when fixing your icecream (I discovered this when we did a pick up instead of delivery) and they never pick up the phone. Theyre very stingy with icecream and I am a regular customer. cold stone is macon is wayyy better.

Y’all this Coldstone is not it.I’ve been to multiple and love them. I was so excited to see there was one in WR where we were moving. I’ve been here multiple times and the BASE ICE CREAM is always Icy like they made it wrong or it’s freezer burnt. They are always pushing you out too, and never chop up/mix in the toppings well.I know these complaints sound extra, but that is literally why you pay $6 for a tiny ice cream.

I love Coldstone!!!!! The ice cream is always great and top tier. Unfortunately, under new ownership—the customer service isn’t the best. I use the Coldstone app (because I’m a frequent go-er) and the owner’s wife would not honor my points. I asked her to look at her computer because their small kiosk said “You have two rewards!” I also attempted to show her on my phone. She would not look and insisted that I had to have 50pts in order to get $5 off. Ma’am I know that! She was not nice.

Amazing experience, the staff though sometimes hard of hearing but there were allot of patrons in the building were helpful and insightive! The ice cream having never been to one of these was a masterpiece of amazing awesomeness! Thank you for this wonderful creation!!!

Fantastic ice cream, but you will wait a LONG time. Even when there are very few customers in the shop, it takes a significant amount of time to be served. As a delivery driver, stay away! I waited over an hour for a delivery. And this is summertime in Georgia… ice cream already does not travel well, let alone when the customers are already angry that it’s an hour late. Does not make for a good experience with anyone involved.
