Went through the drive through tonight and I think the person who’s taking the orders must be new. He grabbed my money, handed me my drink, and started taking the person’s order who was waiting at the mic. Once he finished, he gave me the incorrect amount of change. I told him he didn’t give me the proper amount, and he said he did and I gave him a lesser amount of money, which was false. I didn’t have time to cause a scene, as I’m on a time limit and can’t be late to where I was going. I will never go back.

Come here all the time. Dylan represents night shift good. But coming in today I had food way over fried. It’s hard enough some times to get my food made fried enough here, don’t get bent up about it due to being cookout and edible even if undercooked, todays food wasn’t only inedible but burnt holes through the styrofoam and stuck on the food. Went in asked for a manager, the cashier tried to make it better while be reluctant to getting manger due to only a manager can give a refund. She called a guy over who I thought was the manger he was reluctant to give a refund and wanted to know why I wanted a refund he told me I’ll have to wait on the manger because she’s busy after I asked if he was the manger. Manger came after a name call came around and gave me a refund pretty professionally. Other plate order was made fine due to having the foil to protect from the styrofoam.

Burger ordered was pink and raw. I do not recommend anyone eat there until problem is fixed and cook IS TAUGHT HOW TO PREPAIR FOOD! This is totally unacceptable.
