I'm pretty sure I was overcharged. I ordered a med black coffee. I was handed something that had caramel and whip cream it was $5, and some change, I told her that wasn't mine, then I got my order, but no change back? I asked, and the person at the window had deer in the headlights look and said they cost the same. I was already late and didn't have time for what I'm sure would've been a process. But I won't be back.
When trying to order and ask for something was told couldn't do it when I have before something as simple as adding extra caramel on bottom of my iced coffee..nobody there and waited 5 min for my coffee while there was 6 people working ..one sipping on her energy drink..hope it works so they can have better more polite or least friendly service. The young man though was only one polite.

This was a decent place to get a decent coffee. The place was quite busy and yet the wait time was not bad at all.The coffee was hot and fresh.The reason for the 4 stars is because of the condition and cleanliness of the facilities. Mop signage is left out in customers' view and the paint on the walls is pretty worn out in some areas. I did not have any donuts but they looked good, if you like donuts.
