The drive thru is always long. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee, and I didn't even taste the French vanilla. The breakfast sandwich was smashed into the bag and the hash browns were burnt.

The two stars for this DD is only this high because the manager was there to apologize and give me an extra donut. Place was not busy (wonder why) and there were more employees than customers (including drive thru). Disinterested young girl, MOUTH OPEN - chewing food while taking my order. The rest of the crew loud and obnoxious.... Girl takes order, doesn't think to reach back and stick a donut in a bag so when rest of order comes through...I'm left waiting for the only room temp item. Russell used to be the nicer east-west route. The stores here are looking more and more like ATL suburbs with run-down store fronts and sub-par "go-to's" like DD. This town's decay is a direct reflection of the mayor's inattention. It's obvious!

I'm highly upset I spent $14 on breakfast this morning and I get to work and all my food is burnt I ended up having to throw it away. I then tried calling the store to make a complaint and the phone number doesn't work.

Always great coffee ( and of course donuts). Service inside is given with a smile. The place is small so It can't offer a great ambience, but the smell of brewing coffee, baking donuts, and the camaraderie of the crew make it a very pleasant experience inside.

Ashlyn made me the absolute best pumpkin spice coffee I have ever tasted!!! I had to have no sugar so she used Splenda, and just the perfect cream ratio! And my yummy cruller made for a perfect afternoon snack! Thanks Dunkin and Ashlyn ❤️

The maple donut is my favorite so I was highly disappointed when I received two dry donuts. They definitely were not fresh and that really took away from the flavor. This is common at this location! Such a disappointment!! The service was pretty good though and the wait time wasn’t too bad.

I don't know what is on the inside of the cup but ain't coffee grounds I ordered hot coffee cream and sugar at drive through took off lid to let cool and saw a nasty mess see pic.
