This was my first experience at El Bronco. Drinks are pre made and they taste horrible. I asked to if I could have my drink made in front of me and that’s when my experience changed. If you say the slightest critique the atmosphere changes and they start communicating at my table in their language as if I don’t understand their language ? just to say I’m “one of them” that complains and that wasn’t it at all. I wanted to bless someone today, that was my initial deed for the day regardless, but bc she’s pregnant I wanted to just help( bc these jokers are expensive) and about to pop but she was a nonchalant, snob and did not care at all about my experience here. I’ll never be back and if I do it won’t be in my own dime. I will say that the manager tried to fix the mess up, it was too far gone for me by then.

This is a classic mexican restaurant with well developed amer-latin flavors. The service is superb and friendly. Best dishes are the authentic corn wrapped maize tamales, and their chili con carne. If you are hungry and want to experience the best they have to offer, order the molcajete. It's a super hot lava rock bowl filled with chicken, beef, chorizo, shrimp, cotija, onions and a bubbling spicy sauce that you will crave.

Had El Bronco fajita….. no flavor… bland…. There was about 1/4 cup beans, and rice…. 6 diced tomatoes with shredded lettuce and about a teaspoon of guacamole as fillers for fajitas. ….. disappointed.
