On March 16th 2024 at 3pm, I went to Firehouse Subs on Russell Pkwy and the door was locked with one customer inside. After waiting about 2 minutes outside, an employee approached the door and stated ' we are open but just tired. There were only two employees there. This is not the first time this has happened. Firehouse use to be my favorite place but this behavior has happened at each Warner Robins store over the last year. I will not shop at any FH store ever again. Bad service and apparently they don't care about their customers. Overall decline in service across the board.

Just fyi if you go to this or the Lake Joy one, make sure to go behind the counter yourself and put the extra meat on there or you won’t get it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO I GET A SANDWICH THAT LOOK ANOREXIC, after paying extra for meat.. anytime I have actually gotten the extra meat my sandwich is fat! This is ridiculous. If you don’t have the ingredients or something just say that but don’t make people pay for something that you keep leaving off..

It happens to the best of restaurants: the kitchen has a meltdown. I waited almost 40 minutes for my sandwich; however, despite this, the sandwich was delicious, the service friendly, and the restaurant full.There appeared to be a manager training behind the counter, so perhaps that was the reason for the delay. Soon, sandwiches will be out faster, I'm sure.So sure that despite my initial response "well, I won't do THIS again", after having my meal, I absolutely WILL do that again!

Great submarine sandwiches, heated or not, TV, restrooms are clean, seating areas are clean.
Food is good but I'd you're charging $5 for Mac and cheese, I'd expect it to be put in my bag when I go home. Not to mention the male employee in particular was complaining about having to do their job very loudly to the other ones. I get it. Ive been there. But the customers don't need to hear it.

They are hounding you for a donation before you even order. Then at the end, you can hardly tell what they’re asking. It sounds like they’re asking you if you’ve completed your order, but then you realize they’re asking you for another donation, which you’ve now inadvertently agreed to. Also, all the hot sauces are just gone. Never coming here again.

they force you to donate if you say no. cancelled my entire order, to re-do it & guilt trip me into rounding up/ donating. very unprofessional & won’t subject myself to it again.
Staff was busy but still found a moment to be kind and welcoming. Friend recommended FHS, he described the sandwiches as "bussin". It was indeed bussin.

Visited twice this past week. My daughter and I went, ordered 3 subs, we were the only customers at that time. About 10 minutes later, we hear "excuse me, we don't have any white bread just wheat ". On another 5 minutes one of the employees came to the table and stated "we ran out of bacon on the last sub". Finally after about 20 minutes we get our food and head home. Our subs were so heavily soaked in condiments we had to eat them with a fork.Tried again this weekend, again the only customers in the restaurant ordered 2 subs. Took about 25 minutes to get our order this time we had to search to find the meat. Don't think we'll order from this location a third time.

I’ve been to this Firehouse Subs restaurant 3 times in the last 1.5 months. This place is below standards. All of my on-line orders have been screwed. The last 2 we’re missing items. ie: no added tomatoes, onions or a pickle spear. Either they were out or just completely forgot to follow directions. This last time they completely ignored my order. I arrived abt 20 minutes after I ordered, and my order hadn’t even been started. They told me that they were out of pastrami and didn’t attempt to make my steamer sub. I asked them to substitute the missing item with ham and they said they couldn’t do it. I also ordered a Lg Hero and that sub was also not made. So I asked for a store credit or a refund and I was told that they don’t do that and I would have to contact the corporate office or the store manager the next day. So I was given my receipt and was about to leave when I asked what time the manager would be in the next day and I was told that they didn’t know when the manager would be back. So I left, contacted my credit card company and filed a dissatisfaction report. The employees in this store were impolite, rude, very unprofessional, they were eating behind the counter and NEVER asked if they could fix me a different sandwich. My recommendation is don’t go to Firehouse Subs on Russel Pkwy in Warner Robins, Ga
