We came in and nobody said hey or nothing. we stood at the register for for 10 minutes while they walk past us and never took our order or even acknowledged us, horrible horrible experience!

This firehouse has thee worst customer service... I waited 45 mins for an Italian sub... only to get all the home and see that my sub was made wrong.. I drive back up to the establishment and said I would like a refund the short woman who made my sandwich asked what was the problem I showed her and she looked crazy asking why does it look like that? I said u tell me.... and then said why is it cut like that? I said I don't know u made it... she said just because I handed it to you doesn't mean I made it... I said I stood there and watched you girl.. then she says well ur getting a refund what more do you want? I said to turn back the hands of time and drive past this place.... woulda saved money and time. So jersey Mike's will be getting my business.

Service is generally slow. Food was fine. The restaurant itself is extremely dirty. Management really needs to put an emphasis on deep cleaning all areas.

Told my bf to go in and order food. The change was $12 and some change. He handed them a $50 and only got $7 and some change back!! We were not the only ones this happened to tonight. Do better.

Horrible experience and will never go back. Only two people working and the one taking the orders was rude as can be. Waited quite awhile for food, bathroom was dirty (toilet didnt flush right), table and floors were dirty. We ordered three kids meals and they didn't attempt or offer to give the kids their hats they were excited about. There is a good chance we will never go to this chain again due to this experience, unfortunately. Just go to the Mexican place down the road, which is what we should have done. We were trying to get something fast while traveling. This was not the solution.

Young Elegant

Slower than a snail at the special Olympics. You can get a sandwich from subway made faster than that. Drink machine was terrible, spewing nothing but CARBONATED WATER ON ALL DRINK SELECTIONS. Tried the sweet tea and even that was nasty so I poured it out. Cashiers are less than the ideal firehouse workers. Head wraps and earpods. Yeah no.

Came here on New Year’s Day in the middle of the afternoon for a late lunch with my wife. One couple was here waiting on their food when we arrived. Ordered 2 subs and waited over 45 minutes and got one sub and not the other. In fact my wife finished her sandwich before mine even came out. Still wondering how a pepperoni pizza sub can take over an hour to make and an Italian sub less than 45 minutes? And then my sub was not hot and the meatballs were actually cold. Very disappointing in service and quality of food

Waited for 25 minutes to receive my subs. Got home a they gave me the wrong order! Ordered two italian subs got one italian a one meatball.

Floor was already mopped when we arrived even though they were still open for 30 more minutes. This made it dangerous for my elderly grandmother who uses a cane. They also had only 1 worker, cash only, and cold subs only. If you’re going to pretty much close before the actual closing time then make your closing time earlier. Definitely go to another firehouse location.

Went to get my free medium sub for name of the day which was Willy (firehouse facebook comments say substitutes like William and so on are acceptable as well). Cashier says post is old and no substitutes even after seeing post. Goes on to talk with the rest of team members and food took over 25 minutes to come out with only one order in front of ours.

What’s the point of the open sign flashing on the window but a sign is up that says online only and locking the door? Then they turned off the online order option. I saw multiple people try to open the door even one of the workers there outside talking to someone but no one could get in. I could not take advantage of the name of the day BOGO and very disappointed
