Came to the restaurant to get the salad bar and when I went up to get it, most of the meat was gone. It took them over 20 minutes to refill the meat and eggs. They were in slow motion and unconcerned on a Tuesday night with a sparse crowd.

Small portions bad service.Told counter girl we were new to the restaurant, her reply...ok. Didn't offer ANY help with the menu. So we were left flailing with our order at the front counter.Brisket plate was basically a kids portion, 4 small pieces, two overcooked and tough, two cooked well but not trimmed of fat well.Slaw and potato salad had good flavor and with good portions.First timer and very disappinted.

Some of the best bbq in Central Georgia. Shot out to James, he knows my voice when I call and knows who I am at the drive thru, he even ask about my patients. You not only get great food , you get great hospitality, I can actually say you can feel the love through the food.
Travis and his team are awesome! We had a last minute mix up concerning catering for a teen event our church. Travis and the rest of the Hwy 96 team were able to coordinate and whip up together some sides that evening, during traditional dinner time, and it took no longer than 15-30 minutes to prepare! We were grateful and appreciate the understanding of our situation and the hospitality!

Me, my husband ate from this place and was severely disappointed. The ribs were undercooked. The chicken tenders looked sad. The mac & cheese was the worst mac & cheese I think I’ve ever had the only decent food on my plate was the beans it’s possible that maybe today was an off day, but unfortunately, I will not be trying them again.
