Gracie's does NOT care about customers health/dietary/safety/religious needs.. I've been a vegetarian for 10 years. I ordered the spring rolls that say vegetables, not chicken/pork. Once I bit into the spring roll, I realized it had meat. I asked the bartenders if the spring rolls had meat and they had no idea. The new bartender tending to us with the locs tried to get an answer. The other bartender, young and blond shrugged her shoulders and looked away when asked by the new bartender( day 2 on the job). They said they were getting the manager and I waited over 15 minutes. No manager showed up. I asked about the manager and they said " oh we'll get the manager". Waited another 15 minutes. I started putting on my coat and Danielle the 3rd bartender approached us and said the manager was on the way to the kitchen to investigate what happened. We were told there are several types of spring rolls even though the menu clearly only shows one type, vegetable. We rode over to Rigbys where we found the manager who clearly had no idea what we were talking about, according to him. What if I had been allergic to something not listed on the menu, what if I was Muslim? The actions of everyone involved AFTER the incident was the main issue. Lack of empathy and just no caring. No resolution or attempt to try to find a resolution. My information was taken down and I never received a call by anyone. Date incident happened: January 13 2024@ 8:44 pm.

My family, friends and I had an amazing experience at Gracie's: A Rooftop Bar, Warner Robins, GA. I was celebrating my graduation last Saturday, Dec. 9th. The setup, food, drinks, and atmosphere were all outstanding. My stay at Best Western Plus Executive Residency Rigby's was wonderful. I will definitely with no question be back. Special thanks to the General Manager, Glen and Gracie for their excellent work to make my event a success. I appreciate you both and I want everyone to know how you all made my day great! Was here for a catered event. It was a pasta bar and was so overcooked and watered down it was not edible. I am not picky at all and don't usually leave reviews but service was also terrible. For what they charge to rent the space this is definitely not worth the price. When we notified a worker they were out of everything including water and tea to drink she gave an attitude "I already told the last person it is on the way". While standing playing on her cell phone.

I have been back in Warner Robins for a year never knew this place existed. Took try on it last night and it was soooo worth it. All the staff was amazing and super friendly. BUT….Danielle was the BEST…she is a BEAST of a mixologist and made the best recommendations and none of them disappointed. Needless to say we will be going back…and if you go make sure you ask for the Danielle special ? you wont be disappointed. TBH the atmosphere in there was so chill and relaxed music wasn’t so loud you couldn't hear people talking..the patio area was clean. I could go on about the place but try it out!!!

It was our first Friday out in a while and Danielle (I think that was her name) really made it special. She didn't ignore us and made sure had exactly what we wanted. The 90s music was great change from other places too. Oh and did I mention: Best drinks ever! Will definitely be back!Could use a little more variety on the food though.
We came here to visit last Saturday, I loved the atmosphere and the vibe of the whole place.A lady with pink hair served us up some amazing drinks. We would definitely come back. 10/10 would recommend ?

Danielle makes a mean Bloody Mary!!! ( avery yummy) The best I ever had. Her and Megan were running there tail off but never skipped a beat..I never ran out of my drink and she was just so kind and funny. I was hungry but they didn't have much to choose from at least not anything that sounded good to me. Me and my friends will definitely be back!!
