We ordered 4 mixed fajitas and 1 steak fajita to be picked up with a large salsa, guacamole, and chips. We live less than 10 min away. Food was stone cold, and side servings were no more than a tablespoon. Honestly they looked like leftovers from lunch! And when did guacamole go up to $14.99! Unbelievable! Won't be back! What a ripoff at $114.42! PS. The food wasn't ready when we got there and we had to wait for it to be cooked per the cashier!

I was not a fan of this place. It didn't seem like Mexican food to me. It was all very bland. I got chulupas, and it was mainly lettuce thrown on my plate. And my husbands tacos were awful the meat was not good at all. The nachos were good but barely any cheese or toppings. The guacamole tasted like it was just sour cream mixed with a guacamole seasoning packet. I asked for a refill. And the guy never came back. And then some random guy I hadn't seen in the dining room the whole time we were there walks over and pours soda from a random drinking cup and walks away. It was just weird to me, and it was flat.

I recently dined at Gregg's, a quaint establishment with Americanized-Mexican cuisine, situated conveniently across from the Warner Robinson AFB. Despite its unassuming exterior nestled along an access road parallel to the train tracks, the interior of Gregg's is surprisingly spacious, featuring cream-green walls adorned with artificial flowers. Upon my visit, I noted the absence of a warm greeting, a minor hiccup that left me momentarily unattended. However, service soon resumed, and my order was taken without much delay. Opting for a taco salad to-go, the wait for my meal was reasonable, setting a positive expectation that, unfortunately, was not fully met upon tasting. The presentation of the taco salad in a deep-fried shell bowl added a crisp texture, albeit slightly on the greasy side. The dish's composition was somewhat lacking, with a scant amount of steak buried in an overwhelming layer of beans, topped with lettuce and tomato. Accompanied by a peculiar light-green sauce reminiscent of guacamole, its taste and ingredients left me puzzled. On a brighter note, the inclusion of a complimentary drink and a side of chips and salsa was a delightful surprise. From my experience, Gregg's culinary approach leans towards an Americanized interpretation of Mexican cuisine, resulting in flavors that might fall short for those seeking authenticity. The dish I sampled lacked the robust and vibrant flavors characteristic of traditional Mexican fare. While Gregg's holds potential with its inviting space and prompt service, the culinary execution, particularly the balance and authenticity of flavors, could benefit from refinement. As it stands, my dining experience at Gregg's earns a modest 3 stars, reflecting room for improvement in delivering a more flavorful meal.
