Used to be my go-to place for meat patties or even the locarb burger option wrapped in lettuce rather than the bun. The location by me in Warner Robins just can't make the cut, never seem to get it or make it right. Staff seems friendly and helpful, but I'm not one to want to go back to return something when they put something on there that I've specifically asked to leave off. They not only charged me for it but put so much of it on its disgusting, and the reason I ask to omit whatever it may be is because I can't have or am just allergic to it. Bringing it back, I'm far away before noticing the mistake. It's not a pleasant experience at all. When traveling ha ing a Hardesty stop at to get what I know I can eat without issues is awesome but workersno matter what they are being paid need to listen better. I've had issues with the one near me more than a couple of times now, so I just gave up going there.Dietary restrictions: Carnivore, Keto LoCarb High Fat options served. Double check your order before leaving.

They had my husband waiting almost 45 minutes for "fresh food" tell me why 1 burger has a stale bun, unmelted cheese and taste like it was cooked yesterday.

The Manger was so rude and so unprofessional! The young cashier was sweet but stated she couldn’t hear me while ordering! Instead of just telling me to pull around the Manger with a nasty attitude states “YOU NEED TO SPEAK UP SO MY CASHIER CAN HEAR YOU “ very LOUDLY ! She needs to be retrained or fired one I could have been elderly! I’ll never come back and I will inform my friends and family not to either !!!!

The only problems I've had with my local Hardee's is being misgendered, but that is sadly par for the course for being trans in this area. Food has always been great when I order. True there was this one guy that was a bit gruff and not pleasant but I've really not had to wait too terribly long to get my food after work at Advanced Auto across the street.

But he quickly brought me up out of my shivering funk. And as ALWAYS the chicken biscuit was delicious, fresh and ?!!! Thanks guy at the early Hardee's window... You made my Day ☺️!!!
Lock your cards if you use it there, the employees will attempt to use your card after you swipe it there . I’m glad I keep my cards lock when I’m not using it or they would have gotten me .
