Today at around noon we went in to get lunch. I have Celiac Disease, so my options for eating out are extremely limited, and honestly a genuine risk to my health every time. I hate going during busy times and try to avoid going if possible because the GF Protocol tends to hold up the line, but today we couldn't avoid doing so.I feel terrible because I cannot remember her name, however the manager today (very kind, shorter, woman of color) was wonderful. She followed the GF protocol to a T, made everyone change gloves, cleaned the prep station, and prepared the sandwich for the most part herself. I felt very safe and we really enjoyed the sandwich.Folks complain about price but they obviously do not have to eat Gluten Free because Lord is that EXPENSIVE. I am very happy with the price due to the amazing customer service we always receive. Having the gluten free bread is a godsend and I appreciate the option so much. We had our Giant cut in thirds and for $22+tip we fed three happy gluten intolerant/Celiac people. Will be back!Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac Disease and the manager took that very seriously.

As a Philly native, these cheesesteaks are a BIG JOKE. Laughable! I understand that it is the South, but paying $10 for a half “PHILLY” cheesesteak is INSANE. I go in and order 2 “Regular” cheesesteak with fried onions. When my food was ready, I looked in the bag to find 2 half cheesesteaks. I thought that they misheard my order. So I returned to the cashier and informed them that I expected my cheesesteak to be 1 whole. And I am missing another cheesesteak. That is when they let me know that a “Regular” is basically a 16” roll cut in half and only the 1 half is sold for $10. That blew my mind! The entire 16” roll(Giant) of cheesesteak was $20. A total rip off and the people in the community is going for it. The various bread rolls are creative but definitely not Philly. In Philly, a regular PHILLY cheesesteak is 16”- all yours. And yes the price for a 16” cheesesteak is roughly $10-$12. If you get a “Belly Filler” “Extra Large”, then you will spend roughly $22-$24 for a 24” cheesesteak that will feed 4 people. I’m going off my FAVORITE CHEESESTEAK PLACE IN PHILLY- LARRY’S. Oh’ and the poppy store sell 16” cheesesteaks for $6. All of PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS ARE ON AMOROSO ROLLS.The steak is good but not worth the price. They should drop “Philly” off of their menu language, because nothing about it is Philly. If you plan to visit Philly, this is how you order a cheesesteak:A cheesesteakMayoSaltPepperKetchupFried Onions*DO NOT TOAST MY BREAD

If I could no star I would. I entered the store and felt weak and dizzy. I sat in a chair nearest to the counter place my sub order. The first guy I told I was weak, but was still able to place the sub type & bread. The second lady advised me to come to the glass, I mentioned to her I was weak & can I order from where I was, but she insisted on me getting up to order. I argued back with her on how I was feeling & didn't feel good enough to come, she continued to the point to come to the glass, I said I was going to call corporate, she advised me to do so, stated she was the assistant manager, my response I can say the one without teeth, then I told her then she should have some compassion. She advised me to get out of the store, I got up still dizzy walked out, and told her my money was green & it could be spent anywhere. I felt attacked for something I couldn't control I was weak and needed to eat. I chose Jersey Mike's because there isn't much I can eat. I recommend this lady to no longer represent Jersey Mike's.

I came in about 20 minutes before closing and the ordering went normal and I got my food just fine. However, exactly at 9 Jamon got my attention and said I had to leave immediately and wouldn't give me 5 more minutes to just finish eating my sandwich. He kept insisting that they were closed and I had to leave so they could clean the lobby. He even started getting quite rude until I packed up and left. Worst customer service ever.

The biggest problem I had was a manager was more worried about it to go order that is supposed to be picked up the next day instead of taking care of me when I was standing right there in front of her and she was yelling at her other

5 months pregnant and ordered a ham sub! Got home to eat it and the bread was SO hard, the top part crumbled off! Called back to see what they could do and the manager said nothing.. that their bread is freshly cooked everyday as if it was impossible to have bread from hours earlier.. so I guess it’s my fault the bread is hard and crumbling! I know things happens but I expected better customer service from the manager! Been eating Jersey Mike’s for years and this is the 1st time I’ve ever eaten hard bread! She was so cold hearted and unremorsefil. I’m so disappointed.

I always love coming in here. The kids working are great. You can tell they all get along and have fun working together. A lot of people complain about kids goofing off but I love to see them having a good time at work. They all know me when I come in and we just have a good time. It’s a great team! The Philly is amazing. Always so juicy and delicious. Get the rosemary bread!
