Asked for Xtra crispy and got original,I live 1&1/2 miles from the KFC and when I got home the biscuits were hard as a rock and the Mac n cheese was cold ,the mashed potatoes tasted blah ,this was my first time there and based on this experience I will not go backCalled and talked to the Manager Tammi and all she said was sorry ,never offered to try and make it rightI bought a 16 piece meal so it was not cheap I had a coupon but it was still almost 50 dollars. I will not be back

Terrible service, came and ordered food at 8:45pm and I found out after 15 minutes that they haven’t even cooked my order. I got my order only at 9:25pm, can you imagine in a fast food restaurant waiting your order for almost 45 minutes. So rude and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time nor money coming to this place. This place should go bankrupt or change its team.

I went to this KFC and ordered a 16 piece meal and got home and started feeding the family only to find that I was 4 pieces of chicken short. This is the second time that this has happened and then when you call them about it, they are so nonchalant and don't even apologize for their screw up. I stopped on my lunch break so I didn't even get to eat because there was not enough.

I am disabled and ordered through the app for pick up. When I got to the drive thru they wanted to rudely force me to come inside. Its an issue for me to get off and back on. Needless to say I had to cancel the order and went on to dine elsewhere.
