Great customer service and the ice cream is really good! However, they never have tops. Anytime I go in I always get my ice cream to go and it is dripping on the side and it is very unprofessional to give me a too small top or another bowl to cover my ice cream….it totally defeats the purpose and it’s unsanitary. My husband and I love their product but every time we come the service is worse, so we prefer to try new places until we find something good because this place with that service is not worth it!
