After using the app to order ahead. I waited 15 minutes in drive through for pickup. Made manager aware that the wait was unacceptable. After getting home, my little boy doesn’t have a toy in the happy meal. This place is often super slow. What’s the point of ordering on the app ahead of time if you guys can’t get the order right or in a timely manner?

Ordered food through drive through and was told to pull up. After about 20 mins of waiting an employee came out and took our receipt and went back in. After about 10 more mins, we went inside. The manager was cussing at the employees in front of everyone. After waiting inside for about 10 mins nobody came to the counter and we finally saw an employee walking up with our order to take outside. This was beyond ridiculous. Many customers were aggravated

I don t know how this location is even still open. Service is beyond a joke. I paid for my food, then was asked to pull up to the rail so my food would come out to me. 15 mins go by, and I'm still waiting. So I walk inside and I politely ask for my food. The girl looks at me like I'm crazy. The manager walks up and tries to apologize, but I could barely hear her from all of the other employees talking about another customer that was up set about their food and were bragging they got them on camera. The manager then tells me it's gonna be a few more mins for my fries. So, 20 mins now I've been waiting for food. While I'm waiting I notice that my shoes are sticking to the floor. It was worse than a 2 bit movie theater. I looked over the other reviews, and it seems like this place has a reputation for nasty service and a nasty location.

I had a doctor appointment in Macon and stopped by a few minutes after breakfast was over. The staff was very nice and friendly. They understood and politely fixed my wife and I a sandwich. For this, I am very grateful ? .

Mobile order is useless here unless you have two hours for lunch. I’ve been burned multiple times trying to get food here in a time crunch. So incredibly slow for such a limited menu. Will not be returning here.
