I would not have given them a one-star rating if only they answered the phone. Answering the phone is a crucial aspect of customer service in running a business. I have been trying to reach them since yesterday afternoon when I received my order of a potato with shrimp, steak, and broccoli costing me $21.00. However, when I got home, I was extremely disappointed to find out that the $6.00 shrimp was not included in my order. I tried giving them a chance , but not again Potato Po-Ta-Toewill get me.

I'm blown away by the responses to the low ratings. You seem to lack in the "class" department. Maybe showing a little couth and taking some Business classes would help you deal with constructive criticism. You can't run a business by posting certain hours and then complaining that you can't be open because of a lack of work force. Is it lack of work force or how you treat employees? And what kind of restaurant takes payment by CashApp??? Tf?? I've heard good and bad things about this place, but after reading your classless responses, I wouldn't pay you $1 for a potato.Update: Like I said, "classless!"

I’ve been a fan of Phil, his mom, and partner Laverne for years. I especially love Soul Food Sundays. Today was delicious again. Ribs are my fave & the mac & cheese is the closest to my own mom’s - fantastic. Great service on a busy, hot day!

Omg one of the best places I’ve ever been in Georgia to eat great food. I had the salmon and shrimp plate with the Mac N cheese and cabbages and a slice of cornbread on the side. I only wish I’m able to order online or call in my order though because the lines are very busy.

Yall this food is AMAZING. Mr. Phillip, the owner, and the entire staff is customer service oriented and again the food is AMAZING! This is def our new Sunday spot. Y’all betta come taste this delicious food.
Just moved to Kathleen and I was not familiar with this place. I only saw it because I drove past it leaving the grocery store. Long story short, my wife and I decided to give it a try. OMG!!!!! The food here was magnificent. I had the steak potato with broccoli and onions and I may never eat a potato from anywhere else. It was literally the best potato I've ever had. To call it a baked potato is actually a disservice because it was actually a full meal for about $8. They have many variations on the potato but potatoes is not all. They have a full service menu that changes. My wife had ox tails, choosing that instead of fried pork chops. She is very picky and loved the ox tails as well as her sides. I have found my go to spot in Kathleen. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. While you're there, try the desserts as well

I ordered the salmon and shrimp. Everything was delicious. But I didn't received not 1 shrimp on my plate. Very disappointed. Caused I was looking for my shrimp. But he says they dont open until june the 8th.

say they open at 12 but I promise you they don't. service sucks!! don't recommend coming here unless u like bad service or love to wait 30 plus minutes outside the restaurant waiting to be served while they are supposed to be open! very poor service! cant say that enough!!!!

I had the chicken na-cho and it was delicious! Little salty with the nacho cheese or doritoes, but that was expected! STILL SUPER YUMMY!! Highly recommend! Atmosphere was fun and we felt welcomed!

I went this past Thursday and got the shrimp bacon and steak potato with broccoli and cheese sauce, as well as the pork chop dinner with macncheese and collards and dressing; and it was delicious. I've eaten there several times on soulfood sundays as well and have yet to be disappointed ❤ ? ? ? ?
