While hungry and willing to try this well known restaurant we ordered a buffalo chicken on a baguette and a deli chicken on sourdough. The level of disappointment was epic the chicken buffalo was so weak Invision a sprinkle of chicken meat all the way down the baguette. I decided to just eat the meat because the bread was so pronounced. Lesson learned. Advice go to Publics and have a deli sandwich and be happy for less. Not a paid endorsement. Although all restaurants it seems are changing more for less as their new business model it's ultimately up to the consumer who will succeed.

Tried to eat at your place on 02/14/24 at 11:45am. NUMEROUS staff walked past me, never greeted me, and never took my order. I walked out and went somewhere else to eat. Looks like they were too busy focusing on drive through. Y’all need to pay attention to the customers inside as well. Poor customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I placed an online order for pick up at 8am. I received email confirmation of pick up time AND an email telling me my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started and I had to wait 40 minutes.

Food was very good but portion sizes did not justify the expensive prices. Four meals was almost $70.00

Not sure what happened after Covid but the restaurant has not had the quality like it used to have. 3rd time trying, how hard is it to make the Avocado sandwich without meat? Yes, I need to make time and make myself my own avocado sandwich. But this place used to be the go to for an awesome lunch. The next 2xs ordering an Avocado sandwich, lack of avocado and very messy with the sauce. The 3rd time, just recently 11/23, which it has been years ordering anything there. I thought maybe things have changed. No, the sandwich had the 2 breads and in between the lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion, that is it, super dry sandwich. I never complained about the other 2 experiences but I think the universe sense of humor got me on the 3rd time ordering.

I tried to order on the kiosk and it said that the 2 bagels that I ordered were out of stock, but the bins were full of both. There was no hazelnut coffee and I asked for some to be made and it took 2 times asking the help before they even started to make it. We were in the restaurant 25 mins before getting our order and hazelnut coffee.
