Slowest delivery ever. If you order from here do not trust the delivery times when ordering. While tracking the progress of the delivery, the time was pushed back at least 3 times. I was late for my appt bc these delivery times are unreliable. I literally stay 1 mile down the road. Never again!

Called Papa John's to order pizza. Went to pick up and no one had recollection of an order, told me I probably called the wrong store. I walked outside, and dialed the same number I dialed to order the pizza and the manager advised I had just left his store. So please tell me how I dialed thee wrong number to order the pizza, then dial the dance number and the manager told me I just left the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

This location is way better than the Perry location. The food comes cooked all the way. And it's very good. The guys working inside were very friendly.

The pizza was burned crust was flat and dry. I called up there to tell them this not how my pizza's suppose to look. The manager didn't care. I will never order from here ever again!
I ordered via the app when we were about 40 miles out. After placing an order, we immediately called the store to change the time. We spoke to Jason after being placed on hold for over five minutes.When we arrived 10 minutes earlier than we requested.... the pizza was already prepared. Apparently, the pizza had been ready for about 15 minutes by the appearance of the pizza.Jason did not change the time, as the pizza was obviously much 'older' when we received it.I never complain about food in a restaurant, as I like to just create a review.This place was very busy and staffing or operational flow....is not my problem... since the price does not get lowered for poor service.The restaurant was neat and clean and everyone was nice.... but pizza was old and not what it should have been. And let us not forget....it all comes down to the pizza.

The pizza I ordered didn’t come the way I ordered it. Pizza was cold and papa John’s is right down the street from me at the red light. Pizza didn’t have my ex 3- blend cheese on it the sauces was only across the top part of the pizza. The taste was still ?after I had to warm my pizza up. This papa, John needs a new manager that cares about how the food goes out to there customers. It was disgusting ?
