Store 4000, on Russell Pkwy!!! Absolutely Delicious!!! Everything ordered was cooked to Perfection... FRESH & HOT!!! The Whole Family Agreed, THIS was some of the Best Popeyes Chicken we've ever had. The Manager, MRS VEE, is On Point & like for things to be right. As Much Service, this store had during the time I was inside, This Popeyes need another location with adequate parking space. Parking is in Front! THANKS MRS VEE!!!

I have lived in Warner Robins since 2015, but this was my first time going to this location. It will definitely be my last. The woman that took my order/payment was beyond rude.

This has absolutely been the worst service ever. The cooks (2 young girls in the back) would curse the manager out when he would ask for my order such as sandwiches, Mac n cheese, mash potatoes. I got to the point that I had to start hollering out my order so everyone would get moving. Then they all turned to look at me and I said, “I used to work at KFC as a teenager I know how to get y’all moving.” Customer Service was our biggest priority. I don’t plan on going back. Spent $100 by the way and took them over 45 min to give me my food. Not counting the time I spent standing at the cashier front counter waiting for someone to take my order.

I placed an order through Uber eats delivery, Popeyes didn’t give the driver half of my order I paid for! I had to go back up there, & they knew as soon as I walked in that they didn’t give me half of the food! They went ahead & gave me the food, but really poor service ! They offered me nothing for all of the trouble either!! The chicken sandwich is my favorite food, The first 2 times I went through the drive thru & they didn’t put extra pickles on my sandwich as ordered!! So tonight was my last time trying to get my favorite meal, they have officially lost my business along with all my family & friends as well! I am a sickly disabled person so after 3 wrong orders I give up! Absolutely none of the employees care if they get the orders right or not! I guess my business means nothing but the employees there need to think about if it wasn’t for us customers they wouldn’t have a job! So Popeyes start making your employees give us the food that we actually order!! It’s a shame I had to go up to store to get the other half of my order bc I’m sick & disabled & shouldn’t of had to do that, that was the reason I used Uber eats!!! I’m telling you everyone now avoid this location like the plague!!

15 min wait on two orders of 3pc wing combo,that's fine though, at least we know our meal will be hot and fresh! it is what it is. Great costomer service, affordable prices, clean dining area and restrooms, too!

The post is concerning the Turkeys Popeyes was supposed to be selling for Thanksgiving.I went to the restaurant about 2 weeks prior and the employee I spoke to informed me there was no pre-sales of the turkeys and that it is a first come-first served basis on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and assured me there will be plenty of turkeys on that Wednesday. I go there at 1025 on that Wednesday, there is a small line that I waited in. The staff lets us inside and tell us the only they have seven turkeys total to sell. The manager needs to be fired for this. Never eating at this Popeyes again, and I'm just going to avoid all Popeyes for at least a year.

Very poor on food service always have to wait on food and when you get your food it's always the wrong thing and what you paid for it the service is really need to be better and that's at both locations and they wonder why they are losing their business so if they keep up the quality of their food when they know that it's gets busy around certain times and teach their employees to be three steps to customer service they wouldn't have any problems but they don't know how..
