“Went through the drive thru yesterday evening figuring it was going to take a while to get my food since it was peak traffic hour. I guess about 5pm. And as soon as I pulled up to order i was greeted with the nicest, most polite, angelic voice ever in drive thru. She was so patient while I ordered and even made suggestions to help me out. I was like yeah. Okay, that sounds great thank you. I don't normally eat at popeyes to be honest. Too many bad experiences with wait times in drive thru and rude employees. Not this location though. This was my first time here. * I travel 100%. I pulled up to pay and again was treated like I was the only customer and she had all the time in the world for me. I had to get her name because I was so impressed. Her name was Tracy. How fortunate and blessed is this establishment to have an employee who takes this kinda care for a customer. Ms Tracy would be a great asset anywhere she worked with such a great and positive attitude. I'm sure if she sold cars or life insurance or whatever in life she does ,she'd end up very prosperous. Anyway, thank you Tracy for a wonderful experience and for changing my opinion on popeyes. Merry Christmas.“
“Store 4000, on Russell Pkwy!!! Absolutely Delicious!!! Everything ordered was cooked to Perfection... FRESH & HOT!!! The Whole Family Agreed, THIS was some of the Best Popeyes Chicken we've ever had. The Manager, MRS VEE, is On Point & like for things to be right. As Much Service, this store had during the time I was inside, This Popeyes need another location with adequate parking space. Parking is in Front! THANKS MRS VEE!!!“
