Been to this establishment numerous times, on this particular day I was invited to a b-day party and the host Jasmine was phenomenal. She was attentive to the kids, informative, and had awesome energy.

Awful. Save your money.I'd give a minus 10 if it were available.??

Visited after not going for about four years. We came in the morning and it was surprisingly orderly and pleasant. I'm exterminating that they have around 40 different arcade games which my child enjoyed. Almost every game was working. The prices per game ranged from $1.50-4.50 per play with many of them $2. A slight bit of sticker shock, but otherwise nice.

was trying to do a Tiktok of the place and an officer said “no flash photography” as if i was recording him, and i placed my phone down to record MYSELF and he continued to harass me. he told me to go home because i looked under 18, he was most definitely wrong because i’m 22. i tried to show my ID but the brainless cop threatened to arrest me and file charges for trespassing… i’m just a girl trying to have fun and having a guy with a badge that constantly harasses me and talks to me any kind of way is not the ideal way of having fun . :(

wish i could leave NO stars, went there with my best friend and he was very much ignored when he asked for another pair of skates. and on top of that the security guards are VERY much abusive of their power. knowing damn well they got no motion going for real, i hope to see some better changes soon.

Went there with my son on Saturday night and their prices were quite high. Also a young man found someone’s dropped credit card on the ground and was trying to find the card’s owner, but the police officers thought he was stealing it! They were also using profane language around the customers which was very unprofessional and I highly doubt Mr Rigbys would approve

The worst service EVER!! Came on a Thursday. Wasn’t packed at all!! Took an hr and a half to get food. Which we never end up getting by the way. No one is EVER on the front at the desk on neither side! Definitely will never come back

I unfortunately would not recommend having a party here. The communication was…. not good to say the least.-When I originally booked a party I was told the smallest package would work fine and I could add additional money to the arcade cards days before the party, and I could have the party room. Near the arcade and bowling area… which would be the second activity.A week later I was called and told the party room, that I was to be in, was booked and my party only provided for a tables.I came in 3 days prior to my event and viewed the area. **During my visit I asked about additional money being added to the arcade cards for the kids. I was told the cards only allowed the kids to play on the green light games. I asked how they would be able to play on all the games. I was told I would need to add the additional money the day of the party. I agreed money would be added the day of the party.-The day of my party, when I walked in 30 minutes prior to that start of my party. I was told I could have the party room and they had their date for my party mixed up.**I asked one of girls assisting the party if the arcade cards were available yet… (this was15 minutes into my party time). I was told they were still being loaded. I asked to ensure they had additional money as I discussed with one of the young women when I came in 3 days prior. The party assistant agreed it would be so we waited. My guest (5/6 year olds) were provide the arcade cards about 30-45 minutes into the party. When my daughter started to play I noticed a balance of only $7.00 was available on her card. I go to the front desk and ask if the additional amount was added to the cards and was told it was not and every card would need to be collected as they have to load each one. I tracked down every 5/6 year old to have them ‘re-loaded’. This ‘re-loading’ took about 15 minutes which in small child’s world it took about 2 hours. When the kids were finally able to play only the green light games worked.Pizza was suppose to come out at 3:15,again this is for waiting 5/6 year olds. 3:40 the pizza arrived. No assistance was provided with passing out drinks or pizza by the Rigby staff, I was told the pizza was really hot to be careful. Thankfully I had my teenagers able to help me.Our second activity was bowling. When I arrived assistant advised they would roll up the rolling door so the kids would have access to the private lanes and the room at the same time and the would keep the private lanes available for the kids.I had to go back up to the front to ask for bowling to be turned on. I was told I would need to collect every party guest arcade card so they could swipe each one…again in order for the kids to play. I declined as some guest had left and due to the age of the guest some had lost their card as it was empty from the arcade. That was for me frustrating that it was not setup prior instead of the need of swiping and re-swiping of the cards or any of this communicated to me.The lanes were not user friendly and again no assistance was provided by the staff. We were suppose to have two private lanes. We were given only one. Adult guest were put right beside my small guest of 5/6 year olds-My guest did not receive the gift box as guaranteed in the party package.-No additional balloons were provided, however I did bring my own.-No date night voucher was provided to me.-No birthday button was given to my daughter. The party was planned for 2-4 and did not end until 5:30. This was not because the kids continued to play it was simply because of all the delays.Did I complain there, no I had missed so much of the party going back and forth to the front I didn’t want to miss anymore and by the end I was frustratedMy daughter did not notice all the issues and had fun. However as a host my guest leaving with no goodie bag and not having an alternative for them myself felt horrible. The party contract does lot allow any goodie bags or they will charge you additional 50.00 so I thought Rigby’s would handle this and they did not.

The prices are just so high it's ridiculous. You can easily spend $300 and just in a couple hours with my two kids and if you need to talk to somebody have fun doing that everybody I encountered was very very rude and I'm like yes ma'am yes sir type person no I don't like to disrespect people treat people how you want to be treated but boy are they rough anyways I mean if that's all there is to do spend your money on roller skating because everything else you get like 10 minutes for 20 bucks

I am so disappointed in Rigbys’ customer service. Myself and 2 friends were sitting at the bar waiting to get served. While we were there, there were many people who sat down after us, but were served before us. We even went as far as to get up from our seats and stand in front of both of the bartenders. We were ignored the whole time even after the bartenders walked right past us. We tried getting their attention numerous times, but to no avail. I really feel like this was due to my skin color as the bartenders were helping people of their own color, but not us.

Very expensive and it doesn't provide the service needed. Please get more skate Helper for small kids.

Arcade games are way overpriced. But the kids had fun.

I love the place, I go mostly every weekend but I will say they are VERY VERY expensive cheapest thing on the menu at the restaurant is cookie or ice cream but the food is really good at times I would recommend kids chicken tenders. The employees are amazing besides Taylor, he kinda grumpy to the teenage the skate there the best employee would go to Jordan or as in the teenagers call momma j but I would love to see something else with the skating rink because after 10 o clock it’s over 18 and up and no one under 18 can be in the entire entertainment center and I would love to see a night that is just for kids 14 and up with some better music to but overall I love going to rigbys I just wish Taylor wasn’t such a grumpy old man and I wish it was cheaper to skate with ur own stakes

Arcade an absolute rip off. Half the machines are broken. If you go to counter to get a refund it takes forever.
