For the second time now me and my boyfriend have say at the intercom for at least 5 minutes without a word from anyone. With only 3 cars in front of us and hardly anyone dining in. Slacking, all we wanted was a slushie. Needless to say, we drove off.

I had visited this store yesterday around lunch time. Previously, I haven’t had very good experiences at this particular Sonic. However the young lady who brought me my order changed my complete view of this establishment. I believe her name was Emily. She introduced herself with such enthusiasm and charisma. She made sure I received all of my items and even offered extra napkins and sauces. Pleased to say I will be visiting again soon.
The person taking our order, I think their name was Abby, was great. They were so nice and efficient. Our food also came out fast and hot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff was rude and we waited 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. When we asked why it was taking so long the lady working the mic said that there was something wrong with the ticket even though she confirmed it twice. We never got our food and where not charged so we drove away.

The staff came out to our car to take our order. We were in and out in 10 minutes on the road to our journey for the weekend. It's our hometown sonics my go-to when I'm not feeling well and I don't feel like cooking. Eggs and a wrap my favorite and they make it special order. I appreciate that so muchKid-friendliness: They have a menu just for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Drive up or a drive-thru. There is wheelchair accessibility for the patio
I go here often because it's so close but it's hit and miss. You get the wrong food on the normal some of it is normally missing and sometimes they forget about you when you mobile order and you wait for 20 minutes or more. When you pull up to the window it's sounds like a bunch of kids having a party.

I eat @ sonic about 1 a week, but don’t plan on returning!When they remodeled during summer, I returned. I always got route 44 diet cherry limeade, hamburger & mozzarella sticks.The hamburger taste had changed, it was awful.So I decided to just get a larg mozzarella sticks, I asked for 2 marinara sauces.After driving off I realized I only had one ion bag.I went today, ordered my regular drink & sticks. I asked them to make sure I got 2 sauces and I did. BUT the sticks weren’t done, they were awful!
