Busy location. Staff seemed to be doing pretty well considering the crowd. Dining area needed some attention. I had a customized vanilla latte. Drink order was pretty much on time and was properly made.

Those cheap cup lids doesn't really match the cups and serving it with extra christmas cup made it even worse! I just dropped my hot americano on myself! A great start for my day! :)

90% of the time there's a very long line but the people are usually very friendly. Definitely think they need another location besides inside a Kroger or the watson location!
