The food wasn't bad but the price was just way more than the food was worth. That was hard to swallow. Two salads over $30, and two steak entrees $60 and it wasn't like it was filet or something - kinda Chewy.

Ordered 15 meals on a Saturday night. Complete order was done quickly, everything was correct and food was delicious. They did amazing!
Saturday lunch special rocks! For $5.00 you get a humungous hamburger made fresh on site with choice of toppings, a bag of chips and a drink. Beats any "value" meal from a fast food chain.Update - the $5.00 special is now $11.00 but we still go most Saturdays because it's still a good meal and we meet our friends there. Good people own and operate. Support local!!

6/13- I've always loved steak out being a child eating here and growing up and eating here the food is always amazing until today I normally go before 12 but on today I went around 3:30 the food was not up to par like it normally is the steak was dryyy the sauce was thin and water down and the bread was hard. I truly hate leaving this review but that's not the Steak Out standard. Service was good and the dining area clean like normal.

Steak Out has always been one of my favorite places to get a steak, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. I almost didn't even order when I saw how much the prices had increased (31.00 for sirloin tips!!!), but I was craving so I splurged. We spent 70.00 for two meals and some extra rolls. The rolls were stale (sad, because they're usually one of the best parts), the potatoes were overcooked to the point that the inside was turning dark, and about half of the steak was chewable. I had to spit out so much of it because it was too tough to get down. My husband and I tried to pull one piece of steak apart with our fingers like a wishbone and couldn't tear it. I literally quit eating because my jaws were tired from trying to chew the meat. The salads were good and fresh though. Very disappointing.
It's not a dine-in type of place, but geeze their steaks, tips, chicken breast, etc., are always awesome. I would recommend.

Steak Out used to have the best steak burgers now they are premade frozen patties. The burger tasted mushy. Just yuck. Won't be eating here again.
