Did a online order for a 12in and they gave me a 6in. When I went back to say so and the girl started laughing trying to say it was a 12in Edit: I got home and opened it up and know why it looked like a 6in. They rolled that mess like a BURRITO the long way. If I wanted a burrito, I would have went to Moes. Made me so mad and had the nerve to laugh when I went back up there about it. DONT GO HERE. They play games at this subway

We have ordered from this Subway tons of times but the last 2 times we ordered they completely messed our order up. I will say they usually fix it with no issues but if I order it to my own home I don't want to have to go in and have it fixed.

It was really dirty behind counter ? maybe I came after a rush but the lettuce looked awful along with the tomatoes. It was on a Saturday though at around 4…The staff was really nice though and my sandwich was good.

If I could give this Subway on Watson and zero I would me and my son went there to get dinner and all of the workers was just standing around one worker tried to force me to pay in cash said I would get 10% off my meal if I pay with cash another worker was sitting on the counter on his cell phone using profanity as the other employee go to fit my food the glass that protect the food was extremely dirty and when I asked the employee to clean it he told me that it was already clean and it had dirt all around it and food old food the customer service was horrible and I asked the employee could he stop cussing and take his conversation to the back because I had my son in the establishment with me horrible service

Horrible customer service from manager, flies landing on food, had I not told the lady making The sandwich, the customer before me would have received two sandwiches that have flies on them. My sandwich was thrown together poorly. Took over 20 minutes to get a sandwich because the shift manager making my sandwich walked away and began to unload supplies into the freezer. manager did not address my concerns when told by the staff. I also witnessed a manager throw boxes around that were supposed to be put into the refrigerator. Third time receiving horrible service here, will not return. Look at the picture of the sandwich
