Very rude did not get order right after 2 times and was not concerned that my order was wrong. Just throwed all my food in a bag that was supposed to be in a box, chips and cheese dumped out in bag. Won't go back.

Sometimes the food is excellent Sometimes the food is terrible mostly terrible they just throw the food together and it looks like slop and will be cold and take 10 to 15 mins Sometimes longer and will still be cold and thrown together with the smallest amounts of ingredients and thats just ridiculous. Very few times you actually get a soft taco with a decent amount of ingredients in it and fresh . Sometimes the staff is professional and nice most of the time the staff is unpleasant and can be very rude to their staff and rude to their customers also and the restaurant is never clean especially the tables countets and floors i dont think they ever clean this place at alI i do not recommend eating at this location on Watson the Russell pkwy location is a lot better

I ordered the #8 Supreme and all my damn taco shells were broken!! It is hard to eat tacos when your shells are all broken up. If I wanted chips I would have gotten chips! Luckily, I had some hard taco shells at home to use smh. DON'T sell people broken taco shells!!!
