Horrible customer service. Kayla M talks too fast making customers like myself feel hurried and not heard and it showed during my visit when she repeated my order back wrong. I hadn’t even pulled up to the order box completely before feeling rushed and she was talking so fast I couldn’t even understand that she was asking what I’d like to order.When I pulled up to pay I addressed her talking too fast and got a quick and completely insincere “I’m sorry” as she brushed me off and continued to take the person behind me order.Lastly, when I asked for her name she referred me to the receipt with an obvious attitude instead of just telling me.
Left out parts of my order and the lady working the drive-thru was very rude!

Horrible customer service from drive-thru cashier. She was unknowledgeable about national promos. Then very rude when I explained and showed it to her on the app, still refusing promo. This is the only location I have ever had an issue at. This is now the 2nd bad customer service experience at this location within a year. I will not go back. The attitude wouldn't have been worth the $1.85 in savings.

Every time I order from this location it's always quick, great service.
Trying to go through the drive-thru and get some breakfast which I have never ordered breakfast from there I couldn't see the menu so I was having to pull up a little bit past the bushes so I can see the breakfast menu at the bottom and the girl was just being pushy and rude. This was at 8:22 a.m. february 29th on a Thursday. Makes no sense there wasn't a single customer at the place. I can see why there wasn't no customers there. The heavyset girl with dark complexion

Why is it that Taco Bell always seems to be located within walking distance of a grocery store, but are always out of eggs, or meat, or beans? And you can never get breakfast even when the sign out front says serving breakfast. Needs better management and it could easily become one of my favorite fast foods places again. But for now, they are on the naughty list...lol

Ordered large nacho cheese sauce was charged 5 dollars and received 1 small order of nacho cheese equivalent to 75 cent cup. I also received incorrect change and in the past have been double charged by them more than once.

One of worst Taco bell I have ever visited..Very poor service. I am telling you do not visit here … I repeat do not… They gave me beef instead of beans. I am a vegetarian person and when I complained about it..they spoke with tons of attitude…never gave me more than 4 sauces…..one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had…..
