Went to Rigby's for the first time on a Friday night around 7:15. It was nice. The staff was polite. The game room was bright and enjoyable. We went for skating. The rink was a good size. Layout of the property was nice. Music selection wasn't the most fun for a lively Friday night and the whole place seemed really "low energy" which I was surprised by. In theory, this place is awesome. Bowling skating billiards arcade games One stop shop for plenty of entertainment and fun and food. However COVID-19 is still a thing and I felt a bit anxious being in a place with so many people/children. Also the go carts were a bit of a rip off. The staff was less than enthusiastic or swift so the wait is considerable. And the cars are in dire need of repair or updating. Highway robbery at its Finest! Please check your recicepts carefully! The paito is now adding surcharge when using your credit cards a total of 3%. Plus a Special Tax fee on top of 3%. If you use the Rigbys Card you get to save that surcharge. You need to inform all your customers of these charges. Back in 2023 there were no prices on thier menus for months.
