I only keep coming here the past 3 years because it’s close to my job and I enjoy a lighter meal but there’s just always a problem. Ex: missing items from my order, smoothies made wrong, rude employees, and this one young lady who had her hair completely down while making food… disgusting. Y’all just go to the one by Kroger.

Absolutely IN LOVE with this establishment!!! The manager Jesse has such a wonderful personality and is so full of joy and very helpful! Greeted with a smile when I walked in, order taken at my leisure and food was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Jesse even helped me when I downloaded their app to receive a free welcome smoothie!! Will most definitely be going back and will most definitely refer to friends!!

Me & my bestie went here for lunch today. It was our first time and we were a little overwhelmed with what to order as they have a lot of variety on their menu & everything looked really good. Jess gave us suggestions on smoothies and sandwiches/wraps that she personally liked and what was popular. I ordered the flatbread chipotle chicken & pomegranate plunge smoothie and my bestie ordered the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich & cranberry truffle smoothie. Everything was DELICIOUS and the customer service was amazing! I love when I try new places & am fully satisfied, absolutely worth trying if you haven’t!! We’ll definitely be going back!

Edited to add: response from owner does not allow reply, just requests that i send more info, which I did on 9/20, before I left a review, giving ample amount of time for them to respond and make it right.Original review:We order from tropical smoothie a lot, and the one on Watson in Warner Robins, GA is not as good as the one on 96 in Kathleen, GA. But we go because it’s closer.I made an online order and my husband picked it up while I was in the car. When I saw my smoothie I knew it was incorrect, as I order it 2-3 times per week. My husband said the lady behind the counter was talking and cutting up with her friend, so she wasn’t paying attention. I went in and asked her to remake it, that something was off. She looked at me, threw the drink in the trash, and remade it. She did not say a word. I know her name is Makayla because her friend was sitting at the counter calling for her to show her pictures and say inappropriate things for a public place, especially a work place for her friend. Makayla had long braids in a black bandana, down to almost her ankles.I know this because 2 of those braids (one on each side of her face) were hanging out of the bandana and rubbing all over the fruit as she dipped it out into my drink’s blender. The smoothie was still incorrect, with 2 leaves of spinach in my detox island green, leaving it yellow, and tasting like water and ginger combined. They also never gave us the side to our flatbread,so once we saw that we had to turn around and go back to the location, have them unlock the doors (where Makayla voiced to another employee that she can “handle that”) so we can get the side that we already paid for. it’s very discouraging to try and support a business, only to be treated like that by employees.

Both of my smoothies take like water I reached out to corporate about it never heard anything back who want to pay 14 dollars for a smoothie that taste just like a cup of water will not be returning to this location me and my daughter visit this location about 4-5 times a month but the last time we visited was awful cause we stay In Dublin ga and if anybody know Dublin we do not have a smoothie place so it's kinda upsetting to drive a hour a couple times a week to get smoothies and it don't taste right we never had a problem before but the last time I guess she was in a rush to get back to her phone
