I did not want to give them a star because they don't deserve it.I stop there for Lunch and order the fish meal the sandwich was over cooked and my drink was wrong I tried to tell the lady at the window that my drink was wrong I order a coke and got a cherry coke she yelled out and said (THAT IS A COKE!) I tried to tell her look at the cup you can see it's not coke and I taste it I drove off did not want to go back and forth with these employees I instead call the that Wendy's to speak with a store manger but just got another person that was rude on the phone. This to me is unacceptable

Food 80% of the time is fresh and delicious, service is a bit hurried at the food window. but the old guy is really nice and considerate at the pay window. All new wendys have great architecture and atmosphere.

We usually go to this Wendy’s because it’s the closest one to us & it’s usually pretty good.Safe to say we won’t be returning. We pull up to the drive thru, absolutely no one is there except for one other car at the last window. When we got to the speaker- the cashier mumbled very fast and my husband couldn’t hear her, so he said “I’m sorry could you repeat that?” she said in the RUDEST tone “HOW CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER” So, we pulled off. There is absolutely NO REASON for someone to be that rude to a stranger especially when they’re getting paid to do it. I will not be giving my hard earned dollar to this place ever again. Sadly it seems we aren’t the only people to have an issue with this person.
