I pull up to the drive through to order my food and was told because it’s so late I have to order through an app.Wow what a let down. What’s wrong with Wendy’s at night I know the children are our future. God help us be cause some of them make me worry.. LAZY !!!!!!!

My brother was just at this Wendy's and they said that they were not taking order's through this window,they are only taking order's through the app. This is stupid. They are open until 1. They are so lazy. They are going to lose money because of this. I want never go there.

EDIT: STILL super slow. Big problem with no solutions I guess. Good jobThis is becoming more and more of a problem. Has happened many times. Waited in drive thru for at least 10 minutes, went inside, 7 people in line. This location has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY in the past month or so. Not sure what they changed, but it's not working and needs addressing.

This place is ridiculous. Every single experience is worse than the last. The drive thru is never so busy that it takes 20-40 minutes to get 2 meals every time I visit. Then they always leave something out of my order. 0/10 at this point.

When I say this crew had no hustle, I MEAN THEY HAD NO HUSTLE. They were walking around like they were serving their friends. 4 biggie bag meals took 45 mins to put together. The ONLY reason why I didn't cancel my order was because I didn't want to confuse them. This is a frekn ridiculous.
