Food was ok . The issue was we ordered 2 Bahama mama drinks which weren’t good at all! We took one sip in front of the waitress and immediately told her it wasn’t good. She took the drink and then brought it back and said that we HAVE to keep it… needless to say we were charged 10.95 each for drink we didn’t drink ! Won’t be coming back here again MeAkan is better .
The food was ok, but the environment did not cater to privacy. Even with much space, we had to sit with two other families.All the family around the table fell very uncomfortable !! They dispersed very fast , you can see the disappointment on the faces !!Very disappointed!Will never go again!!

I am so disgusted with them to the point I could cry. I ordered my food over the phone and spent $56 of my hard earned money with them. I called to tell them the order was wrong and asked what could they do about it. They placed the phone down and never came back. I live in MACON and ordered from them because they were so good the last time. However, I traveled back up to the place just to see if they could fix my order before closing at 10pm and they locked the doors on me and ran. I got there at 9:20pm sharp. There was NO absolute reason to lock the doors and treat me in such a way. It’s highway robbery and horrible customer service all in one. I really need to talk to corporate or someone in charge.

Some of the nastiest Japanese food I’ve ate. Would recommend going to the express restaurant for half of the price. Call to let them know I wasn’t pleased, they didn’t care. Won’t eat again…??

We actually did take out because we have several family members who are sick. Their food is excellent. As is their service. We love Zens and go there frequently. To dine in or carry out.Kid-friendliness: We have frequently taken our grand children and they enjoy it as much as we do. The staff is friendly and helpful and caring. We love Zens.

First time here in a long while and I remember why. The wait was 20 minutes at first but groups kept coming in and being seated. We were told they had reservations so ok. We were seated at 6:15 but did no one came by to take care of us until about 30 minutes! Then as we party of 8 were seated they made us wait until others not in our party joined! There is no music, no ambiance and servers we rude.Will never come again. The 2 hour wait at Longhorn or Outback Steakhouse would have been better.
