The food was hot, and the service was fast, and they actually had milkshakes. So many of these fast food chains like to say that the milkshake machine is down just because they are to lazy to fix it or set it up I mean or because they broke it down way to early to clock out sooner. That is not acceptable. They should be available for the duration of hours of operation. Then, they can proceed to break the machine down. In a perfect world. I can honestly say I went through 4 different drive throughs a few weeks ago, and all of the milkshake machines were not operational. Go figure! So thanks, Arby's, for not letting me down.
The drive thru was backed up so we went in, cashier Marcus was very polite, professional, and attentive. Food was fast and fresh even though they were busy. Customer in front of me was being rude ordering and he handled it well.

First I would like to say that the sandwich I got made me sick ? The meat was like rubber and tasted like it had gone bad. However the curly fries and jalapeno poppers were hot and delicious. Service was friendly but not speedy for drive thru. I have been in this location before and it is clean and has lots of seating choices.Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu with things kids like.Wheelchair accessibility: Is it wheelchair accessible.

They cook their French fries in the same oil as the fish. And I am allergic to fish and I know there are other people that is also allergic to fish. I don't think they should be allowed to do that

Great server and service. Food was typical, Arby's good, but not outstanding. Atmosphere was quaint.
It's ok. They need to work on the cleanliness inside around the drink machine and tea. The floor is always sticky. The condiment dispensers are always empty.
The folks working here are always fantastic, nice, and give great customer service, which is why I feel bad leaving such a poor review but... every time we go in there it takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get our food out. This time, 20 minutes in, the lad apologized and said it'll just be another 5 minutes. After 30 minutes we just left... never got our food, but they did refund us.
