It was one of the best woopers I have had in a while. The staff was courteous and fast. I can't complain. I love their fries when they are nice and hot.

Food was cold, not fresh at all( Breakfast). Try to call the restaurant to let them know, because I couldn't go back up there because I was drop off. The food was terrible and cold.

I had found a bone in my nuggets. I almost choked on the bone having to spit out all my food. This made me not be bale to eat nuggets from anywhere for a very long time.

I'm not finna play with y'all feminine male cashier's in y'all drive thru. I am a whole woman and just had the most disrespectful uncomfortable experience in this drive thru coming from y'all lil young black male cashier. He was extremely pleasant over the microphone taking my order but when I got to the window it was another story. First of all, it took him about 10 minutes to come to the window to take my order and when he did he proceeds to call me sir....in a feminine voice, but he's a boy. So I corrected him and said It's mam...so he then walks off and shuts the door as my money in my hand ready to pay. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful. And he knew it that's why he never came back to that window but sends a little girl who can't even count back .98 cents from $11.00 and the order was $10.02. Get y'all customer service agents together, and yes I did make a complaint with cooperate because they need to be shutdown at this rate, they already don't get much business anymore. Definitely in need of better employees. Or retrain the ones up there.

Wish there was a option for 0 stars. Lady taking order was a sweetheart however after $40, my kids got single hamburgers instead of double cheese burgers, my husband had no bacon or cheese on his bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and to top it off there was black hair (more than 1 small hairs) melted in my cheese on my freaking whopper. Called and the manager said "you have to bring it back with a receipt and I'll replace the food". No way I'm driving 20 minutes back to get it replaced instead of a refund. Ridiculous.

The food was warm but the customer service was HORRIBLE!!!! I was nice to the drive thru lady and she refused to say “thank you” or “you’re welcome” we will NOT BE BACK!!!

i didn't like the service. I ordered a cookie and they gave me a bent burned cookie. I also ordered onion rings and it was raw. This is not a good burger king. The cashier never gave me my receipt too and threw it in the trash, they never asked if i wanted it or not and took decisions themselves.

FoodFood was terrible especially their burgers. In my order it was a pickup order and still didn't make it right after ordering it 30min ago. Patty was barely done, Bun wasn't toasted, Bacon tasted awful (like what the heck), All The Veggies weren't even cut and was pretty thick, and they put on hella mayo & mustard. ServiceStraight trash, but not all of the staff. But the staff needs know at least a decent knowledge about food safey, cooking welldone burgers, and having a clean restaurant.It's an old behind building, older than me (2003), and it's still dirty as heck. The Bottom LineWith all being said, the place doesn't look welcoming + trash food+ trash service (not all of them) = don't expect at least a decent order here. This is why I avoided BK for years altbough, this is the 1st time since I came back and from this late night experience it was bad Order Date & LocationBK Waycross, GA9/13/23 8:05pm ET
