I placed an order for a bacon huddle , which is a bacon double cheeseburgers with everything, at 10:48 pm through UberEats. At 12:00 am the driver informed they were finally preparing my order and at 12:15 am I received an ice cold single hamburger with nothing on it and ice cold French fries. I called them and told them what happened and they hung up on me.

My fries were hot and both the males with me enjoyed their Big breakfast. Can't remember the name. Like MVP maybe. Out waitress was very attentive. A lady about 50 with pretty silver hair in a pony tail she Saud she worked their years ago and just came back. She deserves a raise.

I have eaten there a couple of times now and enjoyed both occasions. The staff were always friendly and welcoming me and were very efficient. In a day and age when customer service is often hard to find everyone that I've met, there takes pride in their service and the food they serve definitely recommended.

We stopped on our way through town on our trip home for a quick dinner. I didn't have the highest hopes, but rolled with it anyways because we were starving and my significant other loves Huddle House. It was busy, but we were very patient and understanding because it happens. There appeared to only be one waitress and she was scrambling to keep up, but still had time for go outside and continue a conversation on and off with a random guy on and off for over an hour while we were there. An off the clock employee helped us with our drinks after double checking what we ordered since our waitress was AWOL. We placed our orders when our waitress circled back. The only thing that didn't have a complaint food wise was the waffle my child ordered. Bacon was under cooked. Loaded bacon cheese tots had MAYBE eight tots in the bowl total (unlike the menu photo where they're stacked and a decent portion for the price) and didn't even cover the bottom of the already small bowl. For almost $9 I expected something more. Mac n cheese again didn't look like the menu photo and was essentially odd textured elbow noodles in a yellow watery soup (it almost spilled when the cook placed it on the table (since our waitress was again AWOL) and i later poured the "cheese" out of the bowl when i realized it looked off and it had the consitency of water), clearly fresh out the microwave and entirely inedible. And the sausage/bacon hashbrown casserole my significant other ordered was so heavily drowned in gravy that he couldn't finish it. When it came to the table, you couldn't tell there was even anything else on the plate except a mound of gravy. Severely disappointed that Waycross didn't appear to have a waffle house we could've gone to instead and gotten food worth what we paid. I will say that the Huddle House was a nice, quiet atmosphere and relatively clean. We were so exhausted from driving most of the day that we just paid and left. The waitress was busy enough with work, as well as personal problems with the guy, anyways that we didn't even have a chance to bring up any of the issues regardless.
One server in particular has ruined this place for my husband and Myself. We have not returned since she stated my husband was being "difficult and making her job hard" to another employee. He was simply explaining to her he knew what he ordered as well as what came with it because he orders it every weekend. We will not return due to this show of disrespect. This was the second time she had messed up our orders and refused to fix them instead wanting to charge us for what we did not order.
